I really like this face wash and it has now been a part of my regular routine for several months. I struggle with hormonal acne and have been trying to switch all my beauty products to natural ones. This face wash hasn’t broken me out at all, and I love the ingredients and how gentle it is and how soft it leaves my skin. That being said, it claims to be an all-in-one, makeup remover face wash and no-grit exfoliater. I like the exfoliating ingredients like papaya, but it does have a bit of a gritty texture to it (which I don’t mind). As for makeup remover, it is definitely not. After using this face wash while wearing makeup (foundation only), it left makeup streaks on my towel and I then had to use 3 cotton rounds of toner to remove the rest of my makeup. So now I only use this face wash in the morning or if I’m not wearing makeup, and Ursa Major’s face wash to remove my makeup in the evenings. Overall though, I really like this product.

Bought this product as I really like the acne and Scar product by OM Botanical. I bought it for washing my face before going to bed which includes makeup removal. It states it is exfoliating. It is a very gentle cleanser but has not indication of being an exfoliator. After washing my face with a quarter size squirt of this cleanser, I find it is not removing my makeup (which is a small amount of Neutrogena Sunscreen Makeup) effectively because I find makeup on my washcloth the next morning after washing my face with another product. I now only use this product to wash my face in the evenings on the days I do not use makeup.

The look of the bottle keeps changing but it’s still the same great product. It feels like an oil based cleanser though it’s not advertised as such. It doesn’t leave your face feeling overly dry, but it nicely gets rid of excess oil. I’ve been using this product for years now and it’s one of my favorite cleansers. Its all natural, so it does has a bit of a natural smell but I like that and it’s not an over powering smell by any means. I usually use this cleanser in the mornings and use a water based, more intense cleanser at night (Caudalie Vinoclean in case anyone was curious).
I’d recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin looking for an amazing all natural cleanser.

I am a 27 year old female that was having significant difficulty with cystic acne for the first time. Benzoyl Peroxide worked in my teens for minor break outs but I developed an allergy to this medication and struggled to find something that worked. As a nurse practitioner student, I tried recommendations of providers that I worked with. Such as adapalene, clindmycin and doxycycline. None of which worked well. I was panicking because I was getting married soon and wanted my face to clear up after a clarisonic only made the acne worse. My stepmom ordered this for me as a last ditch effort and IT WORKED!! I was so surprised when my face started clearing up! I also use the clear skin product by OM Botanical in combination with this product. The only comment i will make is that my husband hates the smell of the clear skin product but I do not care because it works really well for me. I am writing this review as I ordered and now received my second bottle of this product. If you’ve tried lots of products with no success give this a try! It is well worth it if it does!

I use their face moisturizer and I love the scent. I was very disappointed with this product because is not as moisturizing as it claims to be and it smells like dirt or something like that. Returned!

I discovered Om products earlier this year while at a Vegetarian Festival in Phoenix. I have struggled with “adult acne” for the past 10 years and have tried a laundry list of products (Atralin, Benzoyl Peroxide, Duac, Acanya, Triaz, Differin, MD Forte, oral antibiotics, etc etc etc). Recently, I had been under the care of a really great Dermatologist and relying on her products to keep my skin issues at bay. It has worked, BUT I had been itching to wean myself off because I’m really just tired of slathering chemicals all over my face twice a day and it’s super expensive. I was intrigued by the Om products because it’s essentially organic skin care, so much so that it’s edible (Mr. Shah actually ate some of the product in his demo). I found the ingredient list to be highly impressive with no chemicals, just natural goodness from the earth 🙂 So I purchased the face wash and the moisturizer, discontinued my Derm’s products, and immediately put Om products to the test. It has been about 6 months now and my face truly loves it. My skin feels so nice and soft after I wash and honestly looks a bit smoother and brighter as well. Both products have a unique scent, but not in a bad way, I actually like it (much better than chemically added fragrances that I was used to). The face wash is tan/brown while the moisturizer is green and has a natural SPF! I have had no rebound breakouts (coming from someone who’s been relying on Derm grade chemical skin care for the past 10 years). I really have zero complaints. I just hope these results last forever and that my skin doesn’t get so used to the products that the results begin to diminish. Since it’s all natural, I’m hoping I won’t have that problem. Fingers crossed. I did have a minor issue with one of my shipments but the company reached out to me ASAP via email and rectified it quickly. So the customer service is exceptional also.

made my acne better, didn’t irritate or dry skin or eyes, but it only last me like 2 weeks :/ I think I at first used lots of it because I had a lot of acne I really wanted gone and felt my face was dirty so would wash it multiple times (ocd) but I do this with all soaps and they don’t go as fast as this did. to have to buy 3-2 bottles a month meh :/ but maybe I will because I did really like it. There’s none else like this.
