Greens are not usually very nice on the smell or taste. I have gone through MANY brands of greens and most of them have a smell that makes me gag.
One Sol greens is actually one of the best I’ve tried. The smell is not that strong seaweed smell you get from other brands, but instead is a very minimal natural green smell (which is appreciated because it smells like natural products). The taste is not very strong, but I will admit that I mix collagen and sometimes energy powders or pre-workout to my greens every day so I don’t get solely the green flavor. I will say it mixes very well and usually I taste 5% greens vs the rest of the powders I put in my water.
All in all, I would highly recommend these greens to anyone looking to increase their daily greens intake and can give my approval on the flavor as well 😊

It really did help me during the day! I ate whatever and never felt bloated (which is my problem)!
Pooping was a piece of cake 🤷🏻♀️, no constipation at all. Overall I liked it. It is a little too sweet but I just added more water. This Tub lasted me for like a month, just for reference.

I’m some happy with this product definitely buying this again .I take this in the every morning and wow you’ll start seening results in about 4days and also I eat in a healthy way balance so this helps even more and been drinking lots of water. It tastes good.

It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it, it doesn’t smell bad. No jitters for me the ingredients are good, if you’re into Bloom you’re going to like this one too. I haven’t notice any big changes in my skin but I do take it every morning with my breakfast. It helps 100% with digestion; the mixing it’s easy just 10oz of water with 1 scoop mix and the taste is good.
