the only gripe I have is that the top is very difficult to open, I’m 80 and have use of only one hand ,
I had to have my 8-year-old neighbor boy come open the bottle because it’s child proof, that’s really funny an 8-year-old can open a bottle an 80-year-old can’t. They should offer non child proof bottles or at least a cap with a two-sided option at least so you don’t have to go through the push and turn every time if you don’t have little ones around Geesh! I don’t like putting them in other easy open containers I think that’s more dangerous but what does an old fogie like me know about things like this Eh !

I have a tough time swallowing vitamins which usually are huge! I have bought this brand of vitamins …the little red pills… for years and then they disappeared from our stores. I found them here and they are almost like the ones that I used to buy. They are still easy to swallow just in case you have that issue!

I was in search for a complete vitamin because I was taking my Vitamins separately, just based on what I felt my body needed. I still felt like my body was missing something. That’s when my search ended with these Vitamins. Within a week, I felt like a brand new person. It’s full of the vitamins we all need to function and regulate our health; there really is no way around it. One thing I would like to request is that the makers of this vitamin add essential minerals, such as Selenium, Zinc, and Magnesium. These added minerals would make this vitamin unbeatable and unstoppable in competition. I’m returning when I run out!

I have taken these all my life. They have the smallest pill in the industry. I have a hard time swallowing other types of vitamin pills which I was forced to because these went out of production for a while during Covid. Now that they are back in production, I plan to have always at least 1 year’s supply going forward just in case they become hard to find again. These are the only multi-vitamins small enough not to hurt while swallowing.
