So, it could just be me imagining things but when I put this patch on, I felt a tingling in my arm where it was. They stick good but they are a little hard to peel from the package. They are small to where you can just put it on your arm, and nobody will probably notice it. I feel like it works but only time will tell.

These patches are fantastic! This makes getting in your D3, K2, and Calcium so easy! The patches are so easy to wear and forget about! The patches go on easily- you peel from the package and apply to your body. I applied it to my arm since that was convenient and covered up. They stick well to your skin and are even waterproof, so you don’t have to worry about sweat or a shower loosening them. This is such a convenient way to get in your vitamins!

It is so much easier to get all my nutrients when swallowing isn’t required. I do not feel any different, but I like the idea of these.

Did not have any effect on my D3 level at all according to the blood test performed by my doctor.

I like the ease of a patch and I tolerate these better than a pill taken internally. When I go back to the Dr for blood work I will update on how they work. They also stick well if I put them on first thing after a shower.

I’ve been using this patch for about 10 days, every 3 days and haven’t had any issue with irritation or side effects like I had with the Biotin patch.
It’s an interesting concept on how to use supplements in a different way than oral consumption. I hope to be able to continue to use it without any irritation.
