This was a pretty good supplement, with a nice spread of the omega fatty acids. Unfortunately, like many such supplements, it’s pretty fishy smelling, which is a bit off-putting. Will probably look for non-fish-based supplements in the future.

I ordered this because I wanted to be able to ingest additional fish oil for joints. I feel like before taking fish oil supplements, my joints would struggle a bit more during exercise, so overall I am a fan of fish oil. In terms of this product itself, I feel like I will probably move on to other brands. The smell from this was a bit fishy and unpleasant. In addition, there were some typos on the bottle making the brand seem less professional.

Over all this is An amazing product but I don’t like that I keep burping fish oil . But I do love that this product includes sesame lignans and olive extract in the ingredients. So I will definitely keep taking them for the long term benefits.

I have been taking DHA and fish oil for awhile now. I was intrigued by the EPA&DHA supplement, so I figured I would give it a try. The bottle arrived with white stickers all over it that covered the expiration date and additional ingredients of the supplement. I had to carefully peel these stickers off before I could see a manufacturer date and expiration date. Then I started reading the “other ingredients”. These supplements have palm oil in them, which is environmentally bad to use, as well as not the healthiest thing in the world. It also has maltodextrin in it. Again – not great. There’s some other things in it that aren’t that bad. But really- I’m just not impressed. I take things for my health- not to make things worse.

I needed to get fish oil since my last bottle was empty. I wanted one that contained EPA and DHA along with the Omega 3. This one fits the bill though I wish there were more than 60 capsles. The capsles are easy to swalow and with enough water they go down easily without any fishy taste. So far so good. The recommended dosage is 3 per day though you can take less if you feel that dosage is too high. I like the ability to adjust the dosage rather than taking one mega capsule.

This gets four stars for meeting expectations, for me five stars is something that exceeds my expectations, this meets my expectations which is still very good.
I’m not crazy about the smell, it is distinctly fishy with a mild aftertaste to me. One capsule provides a modest amount of the omegas and there seems to be a typo on the label with DHA listed twice which one was probably meant to be EPA.
What takes this to four star is the amount of information available online, many supplements are difficult to research. I copied their mission from their website:

I ordered these capsules to continue my fish oil supplement in my wellness routine. I have no sense of smell or taste, so I cannot attest to any smell or taste of the capsules, only that the capsules are easy to swallow.
Product is advertised as Halal quality,100% pure and non GMO. That being said, one will expect capsules to be a good blend of Omega with sesame and olive extracts… all good for overall health.
