I can’t say anything about the activity of this supplement, but it arrived in good shape and is labeled that it’s made in Canada from wild sockeye salmon. The capsules are more round and easier to swallow than usual, and appear to be oil capsules. It’s a relative small quantity for the price and the bottle is an extravagant style, but this is clearly a premium high-potency product for those who care about where their fish oil comes from. There was no fishy odor in the bottle.

In the throes of perimenopause, I’ve been supplementing with good quality fish oil to help with memory issues, cardiovascular health, and better skin and nails.
Reading the health claims on the packaging, I was excited to try the difference between pharmaceutical grade fish oil and Mirai Mono’s claims of medical grade quality.
Firstly: the packaging. It’s quite clear this is a meant to be perceived as a high end fish oil. The bottle alone is frosted glass, sturdy, well sealed and felt very fancy for a product that will be used within 15-days.
Secondly: the burp test. I did the recommended 4 capsules and had no burp back issues, which is bonus and makes it stand out against ny usual no name version.
Thirdly: I couldn’t find information on its claims to quality, manufacturing, Canadian connection and more. If this wad important to me, or needed information to justify that steep price point, you’ll be disappointed.
Finally: at $63 a bottle for a 2-week supply, it’s cost prohibitive and I don’t have enough verifiable information to justify this type of expense. Still, the quality is great and I’m hoping as this company grows and expand, there will be more transparency and confidence and I would consider buying in the future.

Mirai Mono’s Wild Sockeye Salmon Oil is the “Cadillac” of fish oil experiences. The luxurious packaging and presentation seem to be only exceeded by the product. Their sockeye salmon oil is purported to be the most advanced molecular omega-3 form, increasing absorption rates by 70 per cent. Each easy-to-swallow, small black capsule contains 600 mg of fish oil, 540 mg Omega 3, 300 mg EPA, 200 mg DHA, and 20 mg DPA.
I like to hold fish oil capsules under my tongue to soften the outer coating a bit, but that was not necessary with these capsules. I held one a little to long and it melted in my mouth, even then the taste was great. I can see why they say their absorption rates are so high plus there is no fishy after-taste when you swallow these capsules whole.
They say they are “triple strength” but also recommend taking 2-4 softgels daily. At that rate these 60 capsules would only last a month at the most. I find with their increased absorption, one capsule a day was enough. The fish is purified to remove heavy metal, and procured from environment sustainable fishing.
The softgel container had an extra-thick inner lining, almost like it was insulated against extreme temperatures. I have to say that Mirai Mono put a lot of time and thought into creating a great product and making sure that product reaches the consumer without becoming compromised.
One component of this supplement is Astaxanthin, a supplement I only discovered a year ago. It is derived from algae and described as a powerful antioxidant. It’s known for supporting skin health, reducing inflammation, and protecting cells from oxidative stress. I have never seen these two supplements combined but it seems to work.
With a triple strength product that promotes ease of digestion and enhanced absorption, this product is worth it.

It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into sourcing and production of this fish oil. This is a wild sockeye salmon fish oil made in Canada, which is a good starting point. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging – the insulated glass bottle definitely seems designed to maintain freshness.
While I couldn’t find a ton of information about the company itself, the label inspires confidence. They clearly state their commitment to high standards, GMP compliance, non-GMO ingredients, and third-party testing, which is exactly what I look for in a supplement. This transparency is a big plus for me.
The supplement facts are also impressive. Each capsule contains 600mg of fish oil, providing 540mg of Omega-3s, including 300mg of EPA, 200mg of DHA, and 20mg of DPA. This is a potent dose. I have experienced very slight fish burps with these, but they are significantly less frequent and less intense than with other fish oil capsules I’ve tried, and they dissipate quickly.
My only hesitation is the price point; they are a bit more expensive than some other brands. However, given the sourcing, the high concentration of Omega-3s, and the apparent commitment to quality, I feel like the value is there. If you’re looking for a high-quality, well-sourced fish oil and are willing to pay a bit more, I definitely recommend considering the Marai-Mono Renew-Plus.

Pros:
– First of all I have to say the presentation of this supplement is awesome. The box is foil shiny and the bottle looks like something you would buy at a designer store. They definitely went above and beyond on the design to achieve a premium feel compared to your usual supplements.
– The stated ingredients are great. A fairly high concentration of omega-3 at 290 mg of EPA and 190 mg of DHA per capsule. The bonus astaxanthin at 1 mg is also nice since it’s a powerful antioxidant.
Cons:
– Unfortunately despite having the Health Canada symbol printed on the bottle, there’s no NPN number that you can verify an actual license for this supplement. Without having a proper license it’s hard to know if they’re safe to take. Plus, the seller has no reputation on Amazon, and there’s no information about this company online. There is a website under their name but it leads to a 404 page. Weird!
– Another weird issue is that the bottle says 600 mg EPA and 400 mg of DHA, while the box says 580 mg and 380 mg. Why?
Current title: Omega-3 Wild Sockeye Salmon & Fish Oil + Astaxanthin, Ultra Absorption and Concentrated Formula, Rich Source of EPA DHA DPA, Non GMO Gluten & Dairy Free
My rating system: 5 stars = performs as expected, 4 stars = small flaws, 3 stars = major flaws, 2 stars = barely usable, 1 star = trash

WOW. The packaging on this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I’ve never seen a pill bottle like this before, but it’s stunning. Somehow this company has turned taking pills into a luxurious experience.
The bottles comes with 60 black, small, oval shaped fish oil pills. These are the easiest pills I’ve ever had to swallow by far. There isn’t any fishy smell when you open the bottle, and even when you swallow them you don’t taste anything. For me personally, I wouldn’t mind if their was a fishy taste (as it’s a bit nostalgic for me, my grandma used to make me take these pills everyday) but if that is something that would bother you, you can be rest assured you aren’t getting any fishy smells with this.
These are also made in Canada, which is another great bonus.
I’m not someone who is super big on supplements, but even with the big price tag on these, I’m very won over. These are super legit, high quality pills.

I’ve always been apprehensive about fish oil and omega supplements. While both my doctor and naturopath have consistently recommended them as beneficial for me, I’ve struggled with the unpleasant fishy aftertaste that tends to linger for hours, leaving me inconsistent with this type of supplementation.
This supplement, though on the higher end of the price scale, comes with packaging that reflects its premium quality. More importantly, it has truly impressed me—there’s absolutely no fishy taste upon ingestion, and it hasn’t repeated on me at all, which feels like a game-changer.
One component of this supplement is Astaxanthin, described as a powerful antioxidant derived from algae. It’s known for supporting skin health, reducing inflammation, and protecting cells from oxidative stress. I had to look it up to fully understand its benefits, but now that I know more, I feel even better about taking this supplement.
So far, I feel they are worth the investment for the quality and ease of digestion!

I’m really picky about my fish oils but this one appears to have been very thoughtfully produced. It arrived with 3.5 yrs of expiration. The capsules are small, no smell, easy to swallow, no fish burps, and super clean (fish gelatin). It’s made from sustainably-caught, wild salmon and has been concentrated and purified under GMP conditions. Most importantly, it’s been heavy metal tested. They also indicate IFOS certification (International Fish Oil Standards; side note: I could not find them in the IFOS database but am going to chalk that up to poor searchability of the site since the IFOS badge they use is correct). To be clear, metal testing and IFOS certification are already more than most of the fish oils on the market.
Anyway, apparently they do a bunch of high tech tricks to separate out the individual Omega-3, which are then mixed back in special ratios – while I don’t understand what’s golden about these ratios, they end up at 580mg EPA and 380mg DHA in 2 capsules. I always aim for around 1000mg EPA and 500mg DHA, so I’m taking 3 capsules (they say you can take 2-4 capsules daily). They’re stored in a beautiful thick double-walled glass bottle to protect the oil from oxidation, so even the packaging was thoughtfully selected for preservation. The only thing I’m not clear on is the actual company, as despite their many certifications on the bottle, there is little searchable info beyond being on Amazon. That’s worrisome. The page says country of origin is Canada but I’m not sure if it’s a Canadian company. Lastly, the price is quite high if you’re taking more than 2/day, although from the above you can see why they went with such a high price point. They might want to consider losing the box (which wasn’t sealed), which may save some $ since just the heavyweight bottle probably increased their cost significantly. Anyway, my 4 stars is strictly because company info is lacking, which is unusual for something supposedly so high-end. It’s possible it’s a new company and more info will come out soon.

I noticed right away that the bottle label did not show a lot number and an expiration date. This information is however on the cardboard box that the bottle came in. I was encouraged to see that the actual manufacturer was identified as Mirai-Mono of Canada and an address was shown. When I checked the address on Google maps, I did not see a manufacturing building. When I googled Mirai-Mono Canada, I got the address “Miraimono.net” and when I clicked on that, I got “404 Page not found.” So, no information on this manufacturer. The video posted by the seller with a note of “Visit our Omega 3 Factory,” shows a modern manufacturing facility. In the video however, there is no mention of Mirai-Mono by name. The video appears to be about “Supercritical Fluid Technology” in general. The bottle label states that each serving contains 600 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA. The cardboard box the battle came in states that each serving contains 580 mg EPA and 380 mg DHA. Which is correct? No test results are posted on levels of EPA, DHA, and DPA. Too many red flags for me, so I will not be using this supplement.
