My hubby says these have a good amount and ratio of the different omegas, and he knows way more about that than I do. I started taking these for my immune system and dry skin, and have been feeling great and my skin is slowly seeming less dry as well. They are somewhat large but not the worst as far as size goes so doable for me. They do have a vanilla flavor so if it gets stuck at least the taste is pleasant until you can get it down. No fishy burps or anything like that, so very happy with these! I have them on subscription now and am awaiting my second shipment.

I know what you’re thinking: “How does he know if it’s good or not? Did he do blood draws before use , during use AND after using this product for a long time?” Yes, I most certainly did. I even stopped and checked my blood work after a couple months and my doctor and I immediate noticed in my next round of blood work. I like that it has added Vitamin D in it as well. And the flavor helps with that burp you get much later. It’s not as bad as I would get from others. Not even noticeable after I take it on a full stomach. Consult with your doctor and consider these guys.

UPDATE- Given the great customer service and full refund, I will give these another shot!
In an attempt to salvage what I could from the ‘capsule conglomerate,’ I carefully performed surgery on the container and extracted the mass… Things quickly went downhill when I attempted to separate the capsules, as doing so resulted in fish oil being squeezed through microscopic holes/tears and traveling impressive distances, which I then had to locate and clean from the walls, window blinds, etc. I have ordered these before and had no issues. This time I have to say I’m a disappointed customer.

Not knocking the product, it’s definitely potent! But just wanted to put a warning out there for anyone trying to lose weight, apparently super high doses of omega can cause increased appetite and weight gain. I didn’t know this before purchasing otherwise I would have steered clear. Giving it 5 stars because it is still an excellent product and I believe great quality, but just wanted to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake I did in weight loss efforts. This may not happen across the board to everyone, but it happened to me, and there are studies about it out there. From what I understand, the recommended daily dose shouldn’t have that effect, only super high amounts, and this product contains high amounts. thats what some people are looking for so in that case this product is excellent for those people.

Disappointing product reacted on me and my flatmate by causing body flushing which I presume was a allegeric reaction to the ingredients

I struggled to find high doses of both vitamin D and Omega 3, and struggled more with the size and taste of the pills. While these are still on the large size, they are more the consistency of a gel cap (like an average omega 3/fish oil pill); and UNLIKE fish oil pills, these are “flavored” vanilla, which is very subtle and I can actually smell it more than taste it. The point being, they don’t taste disgusting, so I have no problem swallowing them, and there’s absolutely NO fishy aftertaste or burps (if you know, you know). The best part is that I actually do feel a difference when I’m taking them regularly. It has a big impact on my mental health (why is why I started taking it in the first place, recommended by the doctor). I wasn’t able to get it in the store for a few months, which is when I ordered it from Amazon, and in those months I noticed that I was grumpier, and just in a more foul mood in general. It has become part of my mental health treatment to take this, just like I would any of my other prescribed medications. I highly recommend.

I like it. Each softgel is a little big to swallow, however doable. The “natural” flavor helps and is subtil.

I like this brand. It taste and smells like vanilla. You don’t have the burping taste like fish like some omega 3’s. They are a little hard to swallow but overall I am satisfied with this brand and will continue to order them.
