    Overall I like these omega 3 fish oil capsules. When I first opened the package I got a slight fish smell, but after a second it dissipated, and I only ever notice it when I open the container after it’s been closed for a long time. The capsules aren’t too big, and are easy to swallow, they slide right down. I haven’t noticed any fishy tastes or aftertastes when taking these either, which I’m happy about.

    Finally an omega that you only have to take one and I’m not burping fish all day. I really like these and they contain a good amount of omegas.

    I bought this supplement specifically because it said it didn’t have a fishy taste. Maybe they are deceiving customers by saying it doesn’t taste fishy but it certainly has a strong aftertaste. If they are mincing words, it is deceptive! Also, the container is 3 times larger than the contents !

    Omega 3 is a very important supplement that helps support brain health, joint health, and cardiovascular health. It is my first choice for these health points. There is little information about the brand and their products. The most I could find was that these supplements are manufactured in the USA in a GMP compliant facility. There is no information about the source of the fish oils used for this supplement and whether these are 3rd party lab tested. From the information on her minimalist website, these supplements are part of her health program. There are 60 capsules and the dosage is 1 a day so that makes the cost pretty reasonable. The Michelle Peiret ‘s Omega 3 seems to be a very clean supplement. The capsules were not tiny but not large either and I was able to swallow them with a good amount of water. I did not have any aftertaste nor fishy burps. These are something I would purchase again if there was more transparency.

    Although this is a large capsule, I don’t have any problems swallowing it. Tasteless, and burpless.
