Just got these and trying them for the first time it’s been a week and really haven’t felt much on anything but they say it takes a while before your system adapts to them…. we’ll see. I’m a 42 year old male and I take testoterone replacment therapy. I started getting red hot face and dizzy everyday. I thought i was dying. Needless to say it was just high estrogen being converted from left over testoterone. I started taking this DIM and it was over night instant relief! Just reordered another bottle. Here’s what I do know. I am in the early stages of menopause and don’t want to begin hormone therapy if I can avoid it. I feel better. My acne (at almost 40) is finally clearing up. My hot flashes are significantly decreased to the point that I’m no longer pouring with sweat inside the house with the AC set to 76. I unsealed the container and there was only one pill in it. Complety empty other than the one pill. Total fraud since they said it had 30 pills.

I have been taking this for over a year and boy do I see a differance when I don’t. Plus I have medical testing that shows it works. I have to take synthetic hormones and use to only get 2 1/2 month from my hormone placed pellets. After being on this supplement (which is 15 pounds of broccoli pretty much in powder form) I have slowly raised my month longevity to 4!! So gladI decided to use this product. As week as most DIM products in stores or at health food places are 45$!! So I love the price and it still its all natural with the same effect as the expensive ones use to take.

Very good product ,if you want to se good results take one capsule 30 minutes before workout ,cardio weight lifting or cycling or swimming.and if you workout very hard take one more after workout.
