These are delicious, compact and perfect To keep you regular. I had had to use stool softeners and probiotics for a while. This supplement eliminated my need for everything else. BUT, give yourself three or four days of taking regularly to become regular. 🤩

The taste of these are great and I think it work’s well as a probiotic. They’re VERY tough though. The package came sealed but immediately they felt like chewing a gummy bear that was left in a cold car overnight in the dead of winter. The lid is supposed to be child proofed, or at the very least go back on the container. The square lid will not go back on no matter how hard I have tried which has resulted in the vitamins becoming even harder to chew.
I would have gotten these again if they were easier to chew and if the lid went back on better, but I definitely wouldn’t risk these again for the price.

For whatever reason, this last bottle received has some gummies that are harder to chew than others. I contemplated why & the option of returning it, however also considered that the issue may have been delivery time being in the summer & the item may have been left in a hot mailbox for a bit of time.
