Nothing I’ve ever tried before this has helped me fall asleep, melatonin does not work on me. Usually I need a video on and a whole production to try to wind down for bed and it can take hours if I’m amped up. But 1 or 2 of these knock me out. Personally I can’t take these during the day though, they make me too sleepy.

I am a medical student and I started taking these at night when I am winding down/stopping studying for the night and I notice a huge difference in how I feel and sleep. I feel so much more calm yet not sedated or drowsy. If I take them while studying I won’t feel tired but I do feel calm which is a nice option to have if I feel like I need them. At first I didn’t like the taste but now I associate them so positively that I look forward to eating them and have grown to really enjoy the flavor. They taste exactly like the description, a typical berry gummy. I take them every night and notice when I don’t take them. I like to use them during the day sometimes just to take any stressor edge off and I can feel the difference after 20-30 min taking them. I personally think they are worth the price if it means keeping me calm, happy, and stress free. I think the bottle is cute too and easy to open.

I’m a big fan of these, feel less stressed when talking and sleeper. Smell and taste can be a little bit different at first since it has lemon but love the texture of a gummy and that it’s super easy to take. Amazing quality for how much you get, love them!

Original review: Like another reviewer mine came with a melted ice pack and taste awful. I hope to send them back for a refund. It took a long for them to be shipped so I won’t bother trying to reorder.
UPDATE: The manufacturer sent another package In response to my earlier review. They tasted OK, not sweet but good enough. And they worked. They worked well. So I tried the original package again and found they weren’t bad. My first impression was mistaken, maybe something i ate prior to trying these and it affected how i tasted them. Whatever, I was pleased because they were definitely helping my mood.
I recommended them to my husband, who suffers from the dark winter blues. He not only likes them, he takes them daily now. And he isn’t one who easily takes anything. The gummy form works for him and they have really helped his SAD.
We both liked the product so I reordered. This time there was no icepack, but I received the wrong product! Instead of the Goodbye Stress formula we received Kids Chillax. The latter has the same amount of L-Theanine but no GABA, less lemon balm, and instead a small dose of magnesium. But they CAN’T be returned. So, we both like this product but it seems we will have to find it locally. That won’t be hard, just a hassle. But we should be allowed to return the wrong product in an unopened package. Oh well. At least we found a product we like.

I knew these would be good when I saw they had Lemon balm! They have helped me so much. I am more calm and can control my temper more!! They taste great and I can tell if I forget to take them!
