My son is 6 and is very picky. He also has a huge gag reflex. These are the only fiber (gummies/vitamins/etc) that I can get him to take. They smell great. Every thing that I have tried from Olly had been great quality and good value for the money. Love the containers that these gummies come in. Very easy to open. Overall great product!

these gummies quite literally saved my life. I know this is extreme tmi but i have not been able to poop in weeks due to dieting and restricting calories. my stomach has been so upset and i could not poop! i have tried laxatives, coffee, espresso shots, fibrous foods, etc and NOTHING has helped except these gummies! i feel so much better and i will pay whatever the cost is

I will say they do taste like candy, but mine arrived pretty hard, so they were kind of like gummy jerky. Wasn’t a deal breaker.
I didn’t notice a difference using these. I used the whole container. 2 a day. I do not think they helped with regularity, so if that’s your goal, I’d probably try a different brand. I won’t be buying again.
