The fragrance smells like a little old lady which I am but don’t want to smell like one! Mandarin sounds delicious but mine is not. Now I’m stuck with a bad investment and 3 unused bars I wouldn’t even want to donate somewhere.

I’ve used this soap for years, previously available at TJMaxx. Alas, they no longer carry it. Though the price at Amazon is higher than I used to pay, it’s still lower than any other I’ve found.
And it’s worth every penny.
Mandarine scented Olivia Care soap is the absolute BEST soap I’ve ever used. It lasts a long time (just don’t leave it in water – it will melt), and has a mild, wonderful fragrance. It lathers well and rinses clean. It’s one luxury I afford myself as a mom of seven =o). It also makes a really nice gift!

I started buying this soap because a number of reviewers mentioned that it didn’t bother their sensitive skin. Since I have that problem and have been bothered by soaps and fragrances, I decided to try this. I also wanted something that was made from more healthful ingredients and this seemed like a good choice.
I’ve been very happy with it. It is probably my favorite soap of all I’ve tried. It does not leave my skin dry, the fragrance is pleasant – in fact, I don’t even notice it any more because I’m so used to it. And, it lasts a long time if it’s kept out of the spray. I keep mine on a wooden slotted soap holder and it lasts for months with moderate use at least once daily. I’ve purchased this soap more than once and plan to continue. It also makes a nice small gift or to add to a gift basket.

This is a big bar of soap. The fragrance is nice, not overwhelming. Lathers good and is moisturizing. This 4 bar pack will last a long time and I will buy again.

I admit that I’m a slave to beauty products. I’ve tried everything over the years, for my combination, sensitive skin, that’s prone to blackheads. Most cleansers fall on opposite ends of the spectrum: too drying, or not enough cleaning power. I’m so happy to have found just the right balance in this awesome-smelling, wonderful soap.
I’m also a firm believer in not paying for water: don’t buy shower gels & liquid cleansers, as they’re mostly water. Any kind of solid bar soaps are going to be a better bang for your buck. I love that this one does double-duty, as my in-the-shower face wash, to remove my makeup, and as a body soap as well. I can’t get enough of the smell. It just takes you away 😉

I simply love Oliviacare bar soap! I received my first bar in a toiletry gift set from a student years ago, and have used it ever since. Other products that I’ve tried have either left me feeling oily or dry … Oliviacare somehow cleans to the point of squeaky, yet leaves my skin soft. All of the scents in their bars are super subtle, so no worries there. This bar soap is worth every penny … I never even need to use lotion after my showers. I wholeheartedly recommend this product!

I originally tried these a few years ago and have been using them off and on since then. This soap had the best fragrance that my family liked. Smell is an experience humans remember well. I don’t usually buy something for the way it smells but the fragrance of this soap WAS a key selling point for me. Recently I purchased these after not having them for a few months. Upon opening the shipment, I immediately noticed the scent was much fainter. It didn’t have the level of fragrance that I was looking forward to. Used it a while to see if it was just one time thing and that it might get better. Nope. Still diluted watered down scent after a month. Nice soap still but I am disappointed by the diluted scent. Compared to earlier batch several months ago, this latest batch just doesn’t perk me up with the scent anymore. Disappointed but still nice soap. Probably won’t buy again at this price point.
