I’m afraid I only used this once. I have a sensitive nose, but even if I didn’t, I can’t imagine I would be able to tolerate this scent. It was off-putting, very strong, and lingered after application. I didn’t want to put it on my face, and then I regretted that I had. I can’t recommend it.

So I received this stating deep hydration, well, when it comes to deep hydration with my dry skin I’m all in, however, I applied this oil to my face and couldn’t figure out where the fragrance was coming from, I asked my husband what cologne he was wearing and for him to remove it at once as it was making me sick, well it wasn’t him as it was literally under my nose. I can not tolerate the scent this carries with it, hydration or not, no way! If you are sensitive to fragrance this oil will not be your friend. I’d also like to add that this oil has such a strong smell it gave me a migraine!

There have been few Korean skincare products that have been a disappointment. Almost universally, they have all been knock-it-out-of-the-park winners in my eyes. This might be one of the very few exceptions.
I was surprised by how much I like this facial oil. It is super moisturizing, without being greasy. I half expected to wake up to a pool of oil on my face after I applied it at night, but that wasn’t the case. I spent a day in the sun and this hydrated my skin over night. My major complaint is the scent. It’s a heavy, sort of musky scent that I don’t particularly care for. Having read some of the reviews, it appears I am not the only one. It’s not an overwhelming scent, but if it is not to your liking, you might not reach for this bottle as you would if it were scent free.

I’ve got oily skin just about everywhere except inside my laugh lines – the skin there is sensitive and dries out quickly, especially if it’s exposed to some of the exfoliating treatments I need to use on my T-zone. This is a nice “cap” to using serums and humectant moisturizers in this area. I’m not an enormous fan of the dropper-bottle packaging, but it’s easy enough to use and is attractive looking on the counter. It’s made in Korea, so I feel better about the quality guarantees – although the first ingredient isn’t rice bran oil, despite being called rice facial oil, but it is high up in the list. The other ingredients are also skin friendly oils, however, it is scented and this might bother some folks or their skin. I personally found this to be a really good base layer under BB creams (Garnier, Missha) that blends really easily. Overall, this has not made me break out and it’s compatible with makeup, but if you have issues with scents and fragrance you might want to explore other options.

The oil was just okay, I was not impressed by any of it. It’s a decent enough oil but I found that the scent was completely off putting so I decided to discontinue the use. I will say the oil did not break me out and I think for the amount, it’s not a bad price, the product was not for me.

Well packaged in a glass bottle… with a dropper.
Expiration date is shown on bottle of the bottle. Mine is expiring on Feb., 2027.
I have very sensitive and dry skin. My skincare routine is toner, serum and moisturizer cream.
I started to applying this oil at the end of my routine only at night.
I also apply on neck area as well. The oily easily absorb to my skin…does not give any excessive oil
I feel deeply moisten all night with this oil.
It is easy and gentle on my skin.
I just need 2-3 drops per each use. So this bottle would last longer than I expected!

The primary ingredients of this are hazelnut oil and sunflower oil. Both have fatty acids the skin loves and are known to absorb well into skin. The other oils are at much smaller concentrations (likely less than 1%), but are also nourishing to skin.
The main issue with this is that in addition to all the wonderfully nourishing oils, it has a strong scent. In addition to oils that are scented, like patchouli and sage oil, it has fragrance, linalool, and limonene listed as perfuming ingredients. I found it to be very heavy and lingering, and I only tested this on my hands, not my face. It did absorb fairly quickly despite being an oil, but the best trick, if you like fragrance and choose to use this on your face, is to add a few drops of watery toner to an oil serum to speed up absorption.
This is not for me because of the scent, but those that enjoy more heavily fragranced serums would enjoy this.
