Another favourite doTERRA product. Rub on tummy and soles of feet at bedtime to help detox or put a drop in water to ingest.

So I don’t totally know the purpose of this stuff, other than to stimulate blood flow, but it is extremely pungent and strong. I was recommended it as a kidney flush. I bought this along with Castor oil. I put 3-4 drops of the doterra into a pretty big pour of the castor in my hands, and then I’d rub that all together directly over my back where my kidneys are. This stuff basically stimulates blood flow to an area, so just know that. I had a stomach pain once so I rubbed it on my chest and gut and it was little bit much for me. I put the remaining goop that was on my hands and rubbed it on my feet. I can’t say it’s a miracle, but it feels good. The bottle recommends that you can put a drop in some water and drink it, but I haven’t gotten that far. That mostly makes me feel better as a concept, that it’s apparently save to consume.

Received product and started using it immediately. The bottle says to dilute 1 drop in 4 oz. of liquid, so I took my 16.9 oz. of bottled water and put in 4 drops. The smell is great! The taste is not bad. I think that it cleaned my breath to boot. Not sure if this works, but will give it a try and use the full bottle and will give an update when it happens. The ingredients don’t look like anything that can be harmful, as I looked up each individually to verify if it was toxic. Not saying that I am skeptical, but one of my friends was taking doTerra and said that she feels great and her health has improved. I can’t vouch for that, but I’m willing to give it a shot. Don’t know much about essential oils. This is the first time using them.

I tried Zendocrine on a recommendation from a friend. She told me to smell it and sometimes to put a drop or two on my tongue when my heart is pounding or I am feeling very anxious. My heart was racing one night and I put a few drops on my tongue. WOW! Within a few minutes my breathing became much slower and my whole body seemed to calm down. It lasted maybe a 1/2 to 1 hour. Then I was back to the same. But it sure showed me how my body could be. I did more deep breathing myself and was able to get to sleep. I think this product is wonderful! Highly recommend it.

I LOVE this blend! It smells AWESOME and citrusy and fresh to me! Diffused it makes me HAPPY and it tastes great to add to my water as well. I must say I was a little hesitant to order Doterra off of Amazon after reading some reviews and horror stories about getting fake or diluted Doterra from vendors trying to make a buck. I had initially added all the Doterra products I wanted to my cart without considering this. After thinking about it, I went back through each item in my cart and selected the seller from the “available from these other sellers” list who had listed their Wellness Advocated license number and I am super happy I did because I received this and others all in their sealed, perfect, delicious, wonderful greatness! Wonderful smell, wonderful brand, wonderful seller!!!! Thanks!!
