The taste isn’t anything particularly pleasant, nor awful. Each 4oz bottle should last about a month. It’s a great supplement to your health routine. Comes wrapped in bubble wrap.

I’m a little confused about this item. I have had nigella seed oil before that I purchased in person at a health foods store, and this tastes almost like it but not quite. It’s not as intense in flavor, which makes me think this might be a blend? I really have no way to tell other than taste.
Again, it does taste similar. Just like it’s slightly diluted. But it might just be the batch? It is a nice big jar.

This black seed oil absorbs very quickly into the skin. A little bit goes a long way, so just apply a couple drops to begin with and add more as needed. If you desire to take it internally, the directions say that you can mix it with juice or honey, if desired. The black cumin seed oil does have a bitter taste, so mixing it would be helpful. Even in juice, it has a bitter aftertaste. To me it kind of tastes woodsy, like I imagine tree sap to taste like. Black cumin seed oil has many health benefits. This oil is easy to apply and easy to add to your drink of choice. The dropper allows you to control the amount that you use.

Ive been using this for join and health care. Ive mixed it with olive oil and almond oil to be able to use this as an ointment at the end of the day for my sore joints. It seems to work really well. I noticed less stiffness and soreness when I wake up in the morning.
My only complaint is that this much be a high quality/concentration because the smell is very strong. I can’t imagine digesting this but thats my personal preference. I am looking forward to the long term effects of using this product.

I had to look at other reviews to see if anyone else had this problem, and I see one person did… There was no safety seal of any kind on my bottle. That’s a no go for me. Very disappointed because Blackseed oil is said to have many health benefits, and I want to add it back to my supplemental regime. I used to take it a long time ago and quit but wanted to get started again. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be sealed. Maybe it was just an oversight, but that’s a huge oversight in my opinion. It definitely looks and smells like Blackseed oil, but how can I know that it wasn’t tampered with? And mine didn’t come in a box either. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap and came in a box or bag 🤔 with other orders. Very strange.
For those new to taking Blackseed oil orally, don’t expect it to taste good. I always just added it to juice and chugged it like a shot.
