The taste is an initial shock, as you are very aware of the new strong flavors. Stick with it as it gets better and you end up just downing it without thought. I do a teaspoon twice a day and the benefits are too early to judge, as it has only been four days. But, I have read good things about its benefits and look forward to the weight loss benefit and body wellness.

Black seed oil is a product that is like any other oil but it does have a distinctive taste. I measure it out in a spoon and get the bowl of the spoon to the back of my tongue and tip it over there so it misses most of my tastebuds. The directions say to bury the oil with food so I eat immediately after taking and have had little problem with the aftertaste. Seems to be a quality oil.

I just tried it the other day and it had like a burning tastes to it and the seal was broken on both bottles. I didn’t notice at first until I had consumed it. I thought someone tainted it with something. Quite frankly I thought I was going to die. I will never take this brand ever again.

This stuff may not be the most mouth-watering, but, the effects are undeniable. You will hear people saying it cures everything but death, and, I must say that I know why they say this. It helps with inflammation, sleep, anxiety, and, it can even be incorporated into your hair regime. Currently, I’m using (with a medicine dropper) Cumin Seed Oil, here and there, to stop ‘itchy’ spots, and, to see if it will, indeed, thicken my hair. I wore a hair band around my head for months & this made it thin. I’m trying to see if Cumin will ‘undo’ what I did.

It is geeat for general health , and amazing for Constipation . Few drops in the morning can solve everything. But when I got the package there was some leakage on the bottle.
