Immediately after taking a teaspoon daily, I began to see the effects! I was having horrible digestive problems and think I had a leaky gut with a sharp pain in one small part of my lower intestines, about the size of a pea. Along with crazy bloating and gas through all parts including colon and liver. I was extremely low on energy and didnt sleep well either. Now after my first bottle, the pain is gone, bloating, gas and things flow pretty normal…YEAH! Sleeping better and much better energy.
When I had these symptoms, I had talked to my Dr. and he said we need to send you to gastrointestinal professional….ugh and they will want tests…oh no I did that before and its horrible drinking liquid dyed chalk after not eating for a day and I don’t want dyes in my body! I smiled and just said ok….then 3 months later I had an appointment and he addressed my problem again and why wasn’t I taking my anti-inflamatory prescription? I told him I was choosing to take more of a holistic approach and started taking Black Seed Oil (in capsules at that time) and it did help with my painful inflammation (I have spinalstenosis). He kinda grunted and said holistic??
Then I purchased a bottle of this Black Seed Oil because the capsules were actually causing me more pain in my gut and not alot of improvement. Good grief I had to take 2-3 a day of these great big capsules so I decided to look further. Started watching YouTube videos and reading reviews here on Amazon. Had my little checklist of must haves….organic, certified and mostly good reviews. Decided on this one to try and so happy I did!! It is the real deal!
I’m on my second bottle (both bottles never leaked in shipping and sealed and first one having an extra seal to make sure it would not leak). Yep the taste isn’t great but after a couple of times I totally got used to it. Plug your nose between two fingers….whatever because its worth it!! Get tough and out of your comfort zone if you are saying eewww I can’t do this! Again its only momentarily and doesn’t last long! Much better than taking huge big capsules everyday. My son got super sick (not Covid thankfully) and I insisted he take a teaspoon of it and he was back to work the next morning at 7 a.m. after being miserable and in bed for 3 days. He lives with me and I never caught whatever he had.
So many things have changed for me since taking! My hair isn’t as dry, my skin feels softer (I only take internally, teaspoon a day). I have better energy, my knees don’t ache as much, digestion is almost perfect (no little painful spot in stomach area or gut leak) no bloating, constipation, or gas! I am sleeping much better and bladder leak stopped and inflammation GONE! One big thing I have noticed too is minimal migraines that I have had all my life….big improvement! I haven’t lost weight but I wasn’t trying either…I’m at my feel good weight. My elbows aren’t dry and I really do not have sweet tooth cravings unless I eat a Iot of sweets which is addictive and makes you crave more sweets….,sugar should be on a list with transfats….its toxic for our bodies! I love this Black Seed Oil and it is part of my daily morning routine. I prefer to take with food. Some say on empty stomach but I don’t agree. As long as this company remains honest and sells the same product, I’m in! I highly recommend this product and NO I did not get any compensation for writing this review and I paid full price for it. I don’t know if there is a better product out there and honestly I don’t care as long as they keep up the quality of this….I am thrilled to keep purchasing unless they get crazy priced. $20+ including tax is reasonable when its been so beneficial!
P.S. I tried sneaking it into my dog’s food and that was a disaster. She would not eat for days thinking it was in her food and I was trying to poison her…I think but she didn’t say it. If I could disguise the flavor, I would also give it to her too daily.

It is an Israeli produced and manufactured product. When I recieved it I was trying to check the expiry date. I couldn’t find it anywhere, then i noticed a sticker on the back, after peeling it i found the expiry date, there it also states that it is a product of Isreal. This item cannot be returned or refunded.

Holy wow! Read the reviews and it’s easy to see the biggest yays and nays are due to taste- which is totally understandable because we are all different!
ABOUT TASTE: Personally it is strong to me. I don’t eat a lot of spicy foods so my tastebuds are intact! It should taste strong if it’s of good quality AND you haven’t damaged your own tastebuds. Some people may also just be more sensitive (or not). You are supposed to take this with food…try it on rice!
ABOUT THE BOTTLE: Yes glass is preferred for storage and such. Unfortunately our neighborhood no longer recycles glass but it still does for plastic. I like not having to collect tons of glass jars and try to find a dump. Plastic is picked up curbside, I don’t need to drive and drop off! Plus if you store plastic bottles in a dark pantry (out of sunlight) you should be just fine. The bottle is made of dark plastic, not transparent, so it’s not as bad as some are making it out to be. Most plastics used in food nowadays are BPA free and very safe.
DOES IT WORK?: Again we are all different! You may see results in 4 days, 4 weeks, maybe never. Be sure you add/change your supplements with one product at a time to fairly assess it’s value. Personally I feel it benefits me. It seems to keep my allergies under control, helps my joints from getting stiff, and my hair and nails are healthier. I do not have pain issues so I cannot speak to effectiveness in this area.
BOTTOM LINE: Compared to other brands I feel the quality is equal or superior. I also think it is priced affordably without compromising quality. I recommend this product for people who want to give it a try without breaking the bank. Be fair when you use and judge something…and realize that while things should provide similar benefits to people…we are unique beings with systems that can metabolize at different speeds and we may have other conditions (known or unknown) that can cause us to have different outcomes with the same product.

I’ve been suing Organic Black Seed Oil for a while now and I can honestly say that it has helped me to keep my bowel movements regular. It aids in healthy digestion and gut health – something we all need from eating foods that don’t have the best ingredients in them. You only need 1 teaspoon per day. It does have a really strong pepper taste that has burned my throat before. Don’t make my mistake of adding it to food thinking it would decrease the taste, because it actually enhanced it and I couldn’t even eat my scrambled eggs lol.
