    I like that the sellers of this product are so transparent. When they say Strong Taste, they mean it. To me, the stronger the taste, the better it is for me. A lot of folks I work with are black seed oil devotees. We compared brands, and I am convinced that mine is the best. It really is strong – a very dark green color, and peppery-spicy tasting. I’m primarily taking it to help boost my immunity. I caught a cold about a week ago, and it’s not as bad as it normally is. I take a teaspoon every night before bed. I hope Sweet Sunnah never stops making this.

    I absolutely loved this oil! Unfortunately, in recent months this oil has become increasingly inconsistent. It started off months ago with a strong taste as advertised on the label. In subsequent months the taste became similar to the regular version whose seeds had recently changed.

    The regular oil became distinctive in it’s odd Perfume-y flavor. That same odd flavor characteristic found it’s way into the Strong Oil version as if it had been mixed with the other oil. The following month, the taste of the Strong Oil was simply flat. The manufacturer should know that customers who have been taking this oil consistently for six months or more, notice when it changes. The oil is so inconsistent that a disclaimer is on the bottle telling us that it’s inconsistent. C’mon guys! This is unacceptable.

    I use this product daily, as it has so many health benefits it would be foolish not to. I take about a teaspoon daily. I put it directly into my mouth, then add some water to it to dilute it, then I swish it around in my mouth before swallowing as it’s so strong I know it kills germs and bacteria in my mouth. It also helps me sleep when taken before bedtime. It truly has a strong and spicy taste and is probably not for folks sensitive to strong tastes but if you can handle “spicy,” it works great. I recently found another use for it. I had a sore throat one evening so I took it like mentioned above, in my mouth, diluted with a little water and I gargled with it for a couple of minutes before swallowing it. No more sore throat! Definitely helps with immunity and a great product! Highly recommended!

    I have bought this brand of black seed oil a few times. My last order was a disappointment. Up until now I have always received their oil that had the typical strong peppery taste. This order, the oil was very bland and tasted nothing like a good black seed oil should. I’m very disappointed that they have changed their quality, as I have always felt that this was a superior oil up until now. Sadly, I have to look for another brand. I rely heavily on taking this daily due to it’s help for my autoimmune issues. I hope they go back to the better quality oil they had previously.

    I have bought others brands . Amazon doesn’t sell the #1 brand anymore to bad big difference in Quality but you get what you paid for this will do the trick, but you have to use it twice as much.

    The taste isn’t great but I chase it with something (juice, protein drink, milk, etc). I could feel the difference with this stuff. I’m less tired and have more stamina.
