I had high hopes for this, I’ve heard so many good things. Unfortunately I can’t use it, it made me have major stomach problems shortly after taking it and I was throwing up not long after. Not eligible for returns. So I’m not happy with it

My research shows that the benefits from taking black seed oil take about one to two months to become obvious. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but I’ve noticed I don’t feel as bloated and seem to sleep better. Had I realized that, I may not have ordered these but otherwise they’re very similar to what I’m used to. The gelatin pill is a little stiffer, that’s the only difference I’ve noticed. The price is about the same so I’ll probably return to the organic version after finishing these but any pill is better than trying to take the oil with its strong taste.

The dosage is two capsules per day and they’re easy to swallow. So far I have not had any bad reactions and feel fine. I think this is a great oil to keep in your medicinal arsenal along with Oregano oil and Olive leaf extract. Hubs and I have been taking black seed oil daily for the past 2 years and have not gotten sick from any cold or flu viruses.

I have been eating clean and taking black seed oil for 6 months now. I am 53 and was having issues with inflammation. These gel capsules are easy to swallow. I take 2 gel caps a day and have no issues at all with the product.
