Pretty much as I expected, nothing that makes this any better or worse than other brands of imported Black Seed Oil softgels that I can tell.
1 Star = Absolute garbage, 2 Stars = Below average or not as good as expected, 3 Stars = Average or quality is as I expected, 4 Stars = Better than I expected and 5 Stars = Exceptional jaw dropping masterpiece and the quality most definitely blows the competition away.

These are small oval softgels that are very easy to swallow. These don’t seem to cause any stomach or digestive issues when taking them. But, because Black Seed is also used as a spice, the flavor is evident when taking them, even if you quickly swallow them. I have noticed that there is some “burp” associated with taking this product. Whether I take this product with a meal, or on an empty stomach, there is still some burp. It is a spice, so it’s not an unpleasant burp, but I rarely have “burp” when I take other supplements. I only like to take one softgel per day, and with this bottle of 120 softgels, this will last 4 months. So I consider this to be a good product at a good value.

This is the second brand of black seed oil I have tried. I seem to feel better (less pain) while taking black seed oil supplements. This appears to be a good quality product made with black seed oil sourced from Turkey. I would have been more confident about the quality of this product if the amount of thymoquinone in each softgel was provided.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I started taking these. So far it’s been good. It’s supposed to benefit the kidneys and help with reducing hair loss. I already use black seed oil for the scalp and it has been working well, coupled with this soft gel it works even better.
