I’m going to send it back because I just felt it was really greasy feeling and it felt that way a few hours of my morning. I also was expecting a more organic smell of roses, but no smell to the oil at all so god only knows what’s really in it. I say that because I have some sesame rose hip oil from the Mayo Clinic that they made where you could pick up on those scents and it I used it for dry skin patches instead of a prescription. Everyone’s face skin is different.. but for me it seemed too greasy.

First time I bought rosehip oil. The smell is awful. I should have returned it, but I used some of it and threw it out cuz I didn’t realize the smell needed to be different. Rancid!

I’ve been looking for Rose hip oil for a while because of the soothing properties. I love this one. Now with the COVID19 pandemic I’ve gone back to work and wear a mask all day, by the time I get home my face is so dry and parched from the mask someone’s it hurts. I wash my face as soon as I get home and use the rose hip oil and vitamin c serum. It’s amazing. The oil is immediately absorbed and my skin feels amazing. There is no oily residue, but my skin type is dry. This is a great value and I love it! There’s not a strong aroma, in fact I’d almost say it’s unscented. I really enjoy this product and will be purchasing again.

I bought this thinking it was probably a scam or something, but lord almighty this stuff is amazing. Ive only put it on my face once and so far its given me a glow, softened my face, and reduced the redness of my rosacea. I will say it is kind of oily (duh its an oil) but its nowhere near as bad as many other products I’ve tried. Its like a very light oil and doesnt sit heavily on my face if that makes any sense.

Six months ago I had surgery on my stomach (3 small incisions) and being someone who works with essential oils, I have a recipe for scar reduction, so needed this particular ingredient to make it. When I found this item, the size and price to make it are just right so I purchased it. I received it and after my first application (on it’s own- before I make the recipe) I’m quite impressed with it. The scent is nice, mild but the texture is fantastic; this is a great moisturizer on its own, it absorbs rapidly without any oily or sticky residue. It’s a silky, smooth feeling and has this hydration effect to the skin, at least I felt this way when I rubbed it into my hands after applying it to my stomach scars. I like it so much I think I’ll start using it on my face as a nighttime moisturizer, I’ve been looking for one and I think this will be a great one (after I add some carrot seed essential oil to it also). I’ve only been using it a few days so I can’t attest to its help in scar reduction yet, but I’m quite happy with it in these other areas so I will continue to utilize it and am doing 6 mo before/after pics on my scars for my own purposes; if I remember I’ll come back on here and post them to share how good it was for scar reduction/elimination, fyi. I didn’t notice any difference in inflammation (I do suffer with fibromyalgia) but I highly recommend this product and will continue to use it for various purposes myself. 🌺

Love it so far. Absorbs quickly into skin and it doesn’t feel too thick. My skin feels great and moisturized after using. I don’t have dark spots or severely dry skin so I don’t notice much difference in that area but its very moisturizing and doesn’t cause my skin to break out. Its also good for your skin, clean ingredients. I would repurchase for sure.
