The scent is very light and earthy, so not too noticeable—I would say that if combining this oil with an essential oil, the rosehip’s scent should not interfere with the essential oil’s scent. The oil absorbed quickly into the skin without any sticky/oily feeling, so it should work well as a carrier oil. It came in an amber glass bottle with a regular lid and an eyedropper lid. The oil is USDA Certified Organic by OneCert. I did not see anywhere on the bottle to indicate where the oil was made. The expiration date (which is printed on the glass bottle itself rather than on the label) is 7/2026, so 2 years to use, although I have read that once a bottle is open the life is often shorter than a year, so I will be trying to use it all well before that expiration date!

Normal cold pressed oils do not last long. The 3 killers of cold pressed oils (and many other perishable items in general) are heat, air, and light. To extend the life of oils you can stick them in the fridge but it won’t give you years extra.
The expiration date on this is 7/3/2026. That is a reasonable date if stored properly, and as mentioned before, one can stick this in the fridge to get a little more time.
I use another (actually a few) brand of rosehip oil so I am familiar with what it should look and smell like. This is similar to my other rosehip oils that I have (and store in the fridge). It goes on easily and is soothing. Do not expect this to smell like roses-it does not at all. There is a bit of earthy smell in a pleasant and natural way. It does not linger or last long–as real rosehip oil does. This absorbs easily into the skin and you are left with a light sheen but nothing that will rub off on fabric or leave you looking like an oil slick went by.

It does have a slight smell. It smells kind of like goji berries or if you know what rosehips smells like, it smells like that. It goes on thick like a regular oil, but then almost drys without an oil trace. It’s really odd. I woke up and my skin looked good. I didn’t have any extra blemishes or anything. I think it’s a decent last step face oil.
The current price is $13.99. I might have to try it with my body gua sha because I think I might like it better that way.

This product has all the earmarks I look for to establish it as a very fine product. The scent is a very natural herbal scent, very fresh. Note: it does not smell like roses because this is from the rosehips, not the bloom. I can only say it smells fresh and green (if green has a scent!). It is a soothing oil, not overly heavy or dense. Like nearly all essential oils that I have tried, it does not fully absorb, so using it under make up might be tricky (I haven’t tried that), but I like using it after a shower or washing my face and mostly it absorbs (eventually). It is vegan, organic, and cold pressed (ie, not using chemicals to extract the oil).
With my sensitive skin, I have to be careful, and this has not irritated my skin at all. I find it especially useful and safe to use around my eyes and at night on my very dry hands. Also, when I sometimes get flakey patches of skin, this product takes care of that in a day or two.
All in all, I am quite pleased with this product and will certainly consider buying more and/or buying other oils from this producer. With this bottle, as a Vine participant I did not have to buy it and these are my honest reactions to having used it. I like it! A lot!

The product description is for 4 fl ounces yet in actuality it’s only 2 fl oz.

I love how this oil seals moisture into my skin. I like its consistency as it is not too runny or too thick. It is just right. The smell is a bit off-putting as it has a raw undertone but it doesn’t linger. I have dry feet & it keeps my feet looking shiny all day. I have now incorporated in my skin regimen.

I love that the ingredients listed on this bottle of Organic Rosehip Oil is simply, organic rosehip oil. That’s right this bottle of Organic Rosehip Oil is 100% pure organic rosehip oil with no added ingredients. Yes, it smells like pure rosehip oil too with its distinct fish oil like smell. It’s a lighter medium weight oil with a deep golden color. It’s certified organic too. I used this Organic Rosehip Oil to moisturize my face as I suffer from incredibly dry skin. Surprisingly, my face didn’t look oily after applying it. It was if the thirsty and dry skin on my face had drunk it. My face was left softened and moisturized with a glow. Now, for the dislikes. On the label of this bottle of Organic Rosehip Oil are two words with an empty space after each of them and they are as follows, LOT: EXP: There is no expiration date or lot number given on the label. I can feel and smell that this Organic Rosehip Oil hasn’t gone bad. It doesn’t smell rancid, and it feels great.

I’ve long used rosehip and grapeseed oil in my skincare. This Naturise Rosehip Oil for Face & Body is a fragrance free, moderately viscous, non-sticky oil that smooths, and is said to heal, protect, and revive. Extensive research has been published on rosehip oil about its anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its nourishing & brightening vitamins, phenol, and Omega fatty acids. I have some challenges with the skin on my legs and I used rosehip oil at night after exfoliation and application of Vitamin C serum or a light retinol. The rosehip oil serves up both its own properties, as well as acting as lightweight occlusive to seal in the prior treatments. Sometimes products that call themselves rosehip oil have only a percentage with the rest being a carrier oil, but this is 100% pure, USDA Organic and comes professionally boxed in a sealed bottle with a dropper for convenience. A little goes a very long way and I find this cruelty-free product to give excellent results.
