This is definitely an oil and if you aren’t used to using a straight oil product on your skin then you probably won’t like this. I live in a very dry climate and I do like to use this type of oil on my skin with either my facial ultrasound as well as every evening before I go to bed. I also use it under my make up in the morning. I feel that for the price and the amount that you get in the bottle, it is very worth it. I have tried other oils for skin for hydration and to prevent the appearance of aging, and this is one that I have come back to every time. I use it in addition to other facial serums and products. I feel that it helps to lock in hydration… Realizing that it is oil based may make this differently for others if you have an oily type of skin. I have used it over my hair once in a while as well, and like that it will make my wet hair more easily to comb through.

Works for moisturizing, and has had an effect on my fine lines. The product arrived smelling like it was on its last leg though. After a month of use (gone through an ounce or so) its working well, but is starting to smell like crayons. Great value for the money, but those who are sensitive to this kind of smell should avoid this product, or be prepared to mix it with an essential oil, or something to help with the smell.
Also, the bottle was not full on arrival. I didnt weigh it, so to be fair idk if it was at the right weight.. I will buy again, Im not worried if its a touch old, as long as it works, and it does!

This is my second or third time purchasing Rosehip Oil from this brand and I think it’s high quality. I’ve bought rosehip oil from other brands in the past but this one of the best, especially for the price. Most of the time you’re going to spend a lot more money for quality like this one. This type of oil can go rancid quickly if it’s not stored properly. I try to finish it within three to four months because it’s not one of those oils where it has a shelf life of several months to a year. Maybe if you put it in a cosmetics fridge it’ll last longer? I’m not sure if it’s recommended to store this type of oil in a refrigerator but if you can, I’d do that. For me I don’t want the hassle of putting cold oil on my face at night, it’s not very pleasant, especially in the winter time.

It is not as greasy as coconut oil, for example. It does not smell neutral, but I always fill something of it in a glass bottle and mix it with essential oils, which then give the whole an exotic pleasant scent.
Especially in the hair and face I can recommend it, because it leaves no oily film on the skin or hair due to the very little greasy effect. I must note, however, that I apply it with a small amount of purified water, as it is thus very easily absorbed into my skin. Just after showering I notice how my skin absorbs it like a sponge.
