My previous brand of primrose oil was from ioth. Used it for a long while and started seeing results slow. But, when I shifted to this brand on a hunch,my observation has been that the results are more pronounced and better.
Have faced pcos issues for long with hair fall,weight gain ,cramps during menstruation etc. Within a month of starting to use this brand,have seen a noticable change in all issues.Do not know if this is the reason or my resuming consumption of CLA capsules which I restarted after a break as per my dietitian advice. But, nonetheless happy with the results.
Update: Have continued this product and as of August have lost weight up to 8 kgs with no specific exercise and only diet restrictions. This has increased my confidence in this product. Also trying a newer and stronger Now Super primrose. Will post reviews post 2 months use. If not satisfactory,shall shift back to Natures bounty again.
