This is one of the best liquid fish oils in the market. The omega 3 content beats other brands. As a dietitian, I was exiting of giving it a try since large pills are complicated for some patients (myself included). The product’s description states it’s flavorless. But sadly, it left a lingering fishy aftertaste and a fishy smell on every surface this product got in contact with.

Cardio Tabs has help lower my triglycerides and keeps them within normal range. It has also helped increase my HDL Cholesterol. This is a great option for kids and those who don’t like pills. Unlike most of the fish oil products on the market, this stuff doesn’t reek like the fish house at the lake. They purify the oil so that there is a much higher concentration of the omega 3 fats that I’m looking for, which also means I don’t have to take as much as I would of the generic junk. When I compared the cost based on the content of the omega 3 DHA (which I think is the most important) it turns out this is one of the most inexpensive options. I have a family history of heart disease, so was important to find a company that focused on heart health. CardioTabs is owned by a cardiologist and his wife, who is a registered dietician, which really helps me trust how they develop their products.

So far I’m happy with my purchase. The flavor is light, not fishy. Zero problems with after burps. Did notice when I take it I get swiishing s ound in my ears. Now do I think that’s the product? No , I think it’s my likely squirrly physiology. Maybe it’s my hypothyroidism, or my tinnitus. Who knows. I t helped my female peri menopause issues immensely. Not going into detail, but if you are in that boat definitely try this! Sent a bottle to my brother who struggles with ADD as his doctor told him to get on an omega three type supplement.I recommend trying it. So far I’m impressed.

It is nice to get the fish oil and vitamin D benefits easily in 1 tsp. I wish it came with a measuring tool. The taste is good and orangey. It was just strange to drink warm oil. No fishy taste at all.
