I should have opened the bottle immediately as I waited over 30 days and can no longer request a refund. Although they have been in a cool cupboard since I received them, they are stuck together as if they leaked or melted together.

I take fish oil regularly. I was not impressed with this brand, however, as I didn’t feel good after taking two of the capsules. They look like other fish oil capsules but my experience was much different from other capsules. I experienced a tingly nose, about two hours of burps and indigestion. I wanted to give this the benefit of the doubt — maybe my experience was coincidental? — so tried a day later. I had the same experience. Not good.
I later discovered that these capsules are manufactured for a company in Utah, but are actually made in China. The fish oil used is from anchovies. It is possible I have an allergy to anchovies, which would explain my reactions, but I’m just not sure. These are definitely not for me, and I also feel skeptical about a company that makes it seem as if their product is made in the US but is actually manufactured elsewhere. Therefore, I cannot recommend these.

The quality and size of this supplement seemed about the same as other brands I’ve used. They are large pills but nothing abnormal for fish oil. They do slide down easily when taken with liquid. I didn’t have any unusual side effects.

One month of triple strength Omega 3 Fish Oil. This supplement is made in China and derived from Anchovies. I haven’t experienced any negative effects. Wish the dosage would be reached just by taking one softgel, but alas it’s two.

I take omega 3 fish oil every morning. My current brand requires two soft gels in order to get 2000mg of fish oil. This product requires two soft gels to get 2400mg of fish oil.
High quality medical reviews suggest that one should take no more than 3000mg of omega 3 over the long term, so the amount of omega 3 in this product is within those limits. Although there was a pretty strong smell when I opened the bottle there was little to no objectionable taste. So far so good.
Now for the “other” news:
The Supplement Facts label on the ad leftoff the supplier’s name/address as well as the manufacturer’s location…which is China (see MY photo of the Supplement Facts label). The “China” location bothered me some, but the fact that the vendor (intentionally?) chose to leave the manufacturer’s location off the ad bothered me a lot.
Therefore, even though the label says that there is a lot of fish oil in these soft gels, I cannot in good conscience recommend them.

I try to get omega-3 fatty acids for heart health by eating actual fish. Where I live though that can be challenging for some parts of the year so I use supplements. These don’t have a fishy taste, odd smell, or bad breath like some brands, but they are fairly large and provide only around half the dosage provided by some other brands. You need to take two of these versus one pill from others to approximate the same dosage. I did some research on the company before ordering and confirmed that they are based in Utah. The bottle indicates that the pills themselves are made in China, which may matter to some.
