I’ve been taking Omega-3 off and on over the years. I’ve found it pretty helpful, especially when it comes to getting lab work done. These capsules are a nice golden hue. One capsule is one serving which is always good but it does suggest to take (2). It’s manufactured in London and 3rd party lab tested. Made in a FDA Registered Facility but does not say GMP. GMO free and also carries another label of ISO but I’m not sure what that label means.

This seems like a decent Omega-3 fish oil supplement. The EPA & DHA are relatively high per capsule. The serving size is 1 capsule but I take 2 to double up on the EPA & DHA chains. There’s 90 capsules in the bottle so it’s a 3-month supply if you take one capsule once a day, it’s only a 45 day supply for me. There are cheaper Omega-3 fish oil supplements with equally as high EPA & DHA so I’ll probably go back to them. No “fish burps” or weird after taste. Seem like the ingredients are well sourced. No side effects noted. Easy to swallow softgels.

It’s a find fish oil product – gels are easy to swallow and tasteless. Don’t have issues with the fish oil burps when consumed with food. However, I just don’t think it’s that good a value considering the price. There are better value products out there.

I’ve taken fish oil over the years and believe in the great benefits it provides. This product is easy to swallow and I don’t notice any bad smell or flavor….highly recommend.

These fish oil pills have good omega 3 concentration. The pill sizes are on the smaller side also, which makes them very easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed fish burps with these.

As someone that takes fish oil daily as a supplement, I’ve tried a few different brands. Overall the product features smaller capsules with a suggested dosage of two capsules per day for a 45 day supply from the jar of 90.
Product is produced in England. The bottle includes a desiccant puck and a safety seal on the bottle to alert for tampering. In my case seal wasn’t glued down before shipment and came right off the bottle after removing the cap. My bottle arrived with a 7/2027 expiry date indicating to me the product was fresh as I type this in November 2024.
Of note for me was the lack of fish smell coming out of the bottle. I’ve had instances where fish oil capsules smell quite fishy in the bottle. Typically, these strong smelling supplements will give me a little reminder I’ve taken my daily dose throughout the morning. No indication of that with this brand.

Large capsule count and they are easy to swallow. Did notice a slight fishy after taste initially but seems to have gone away or I’m used to it now

These soft gels don’t seem to have a fishy smell. They are very low odor, they aren’t as large as many other fish oil supplements I have taken, and they leave no aftertaste and are burpless. I like that there is 1200mg of fish oil in each gel soft gel, so one will be sufficient for my needs, instead of the recommended two per day. Made in London by a company that has been around for several decades, in an FDA registered facility and third party tested. I find these a good value, personally.
