I ordered this fish oil because most fish oils are huge pills, and these are small capsules. You take two per day, and there is enough for two months in each bottle. There is no taste to these, nor an aftertaste. They go down easily, and would be good for almost anyone to take.
The price seems high but the product is very good, giving my immune system a boost, which it can always use. There is 2000mg Omega-3, which is a very good absorption level of fish oil. They support healthy eyes, heart, and are even good for your brain focus. They also help joints, at least in my case. I can’t say enough good things about these, as I am so happy with the size and level of Omega-3 in each serving. I would definitely purchase these again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Some omega-3 fish oil supplements are huge and are difficult to swallow. These mini softgels are a great size to swallow, but still provide the same amount, or maybe even more, of omega-3 as the larger supplements. After trying these for over a week, I had one day when I noticed a faint fish oil burp that didn’t linger, which is on par with other burpless varieties I’ve tried. I think that counts as burpless overall and suggests that my body digests them easily most of the time.

The capsule size is right; not big, not tiny. However, these capsules have a rough finish, unlike most others capsules that have a smooth, slick, shiny, gelatin-based vehicle that slides down your throat. This one does not slide. Gave it several chances. Even tried apple sauce, Pill Glide, etc. but to no avail; it would still get stuck deep in my throat.
Several reviews claim that these capsules are easy to swallow. Perhaps for the majority but not for some. If you have difficulty swallowing, this may not be for you.

These are very small and easy to take compared to most other fish oils I’ve taken, so that is probably a benefit to many people.
Obviously I can’t analyze the contents so I can’t speak to that, but my doctor told me I should take fish oil capsules and these seem to be what was recommended.
So while I can’t point to any specific benefit I think if you are told you should take this type of supplement these might be a good choice.

Finally! A mini pill that actually is mini sized. I am so happy that these Lovita rTG 90 Mini Fish Oil Capsules are small! I take about 6 supplements in the morning and 7 at night and the fewer or the smaller pills that I have to swallow the better.
I don’t generally have an issue with taking uncoated fish oil capsules. Neither the taste nor the smell of fish oil capsules bothers me. For those are bothered by the smell or taste I find that individually these mini capsules have low to no odor. I did however just open and take a big sniff the entire bottle. It smells like crispy salmon skin in there. I love crispy salmon skin.
The recommended serving size on the bottle is to take two of these mini fish oil capsules per day. It also says on the back of the bottle that two capsules provide 1000 mg of fish oil. I am not sure why the sales page says that these capsules are 2000 mg daily? The bottle also says that they are 500 mg on the front. I am removing one star from my rating due these conflicting measurements.
I will rate these Lovita rTG 90 Mini Fish Oil capsules four stars.

The fish oil soft gels are easy to swallow, and there is no aftertaste. I hate the fishy smell, so I usually take it with food and drink lots of water with it. These seem to be good, and good sources of fish oil for eye and heart health.
