I’ve been taking these for about a week. I already had healthy skin, nails, hair, etc. so I’m not sure if these are improving those. I take fish oil mainly for heart and eye health. I have to say unlike the majority on here, I do experience a quick fish belch after 5 minutes after taking these. I would say about half the time. My question is, is the belch a fluke or is the fish oil capsule itself causing it? Regardless, the fish taste is subtle and passes quickly. I actually would purchase this brand again.

There where pills that were open and half the bottle where stuck together cant get them out of the bottle. Will not buy this brand again.

Okay, so I stumbled onto these by accident and so glad I did. I was taking another brand but I’m switching to these. They are big but I can easily get them both down at the same time, haven’t gagged at all. Haven’t had any funny taste, haven’t had any nasty burps. I like the packaging, I know it sounds silly but I like it, it catches my eye and that way I don’t forget to take them.
The main reason I started taking fish oil was because of my skin issues. I’m in my late thirties and never had acne till my 30’s. Ugh!! It’s been horrific. But fish oil seems to help and this brand has helped a lot!!!

I’ll have to go against the majority opinion and say, for me, this fish oil does have a strong aftertaste. I’ll keep taking them, at least for a while, and if this problem disappeares, I will gladly update.

No horrid fish smell. Gel capsules although slightly large are slippery so easy to swallow. No burping up any taste ever. Can tell they are high quality oils. Will be a monthly purchase

Excellent price and I’ve shopped around. No aftertaste or stinky burping. I take 2 caps everyday & I get compliments on my skin & hair. (aged 50+) I no longer have dry eyes. No more dry nails & cuticles….this product has helped so much. Regular bms. If this is what it does for the outside, I’m sure it does wonders internally.

It works well. I think I feel better but I am noticing fish burps. Small and quiet and I thought I was going crazy when I kept noticing the fish burps but then realized it was because of this product. Still love the product and will continue to use. Just be aware you might have some quiet fish burps!
