I bought these because my twin daughters were given a prescription for Lovaza, the prescription fish oil, to help with focus and attention. They could not swallow the huge Lovaza gel caps. So, I ordered these because they are claimed to be chewable. However, they are just regular gel caps so they are no help at all.

These vitamins are really good. They have a pleasant orange flavor, and don’t make me burp excessively. When I do burp throughout the day, the taste is as if I drank a glass of orange juice in the morning, which is not unpelasant. I will say that the pills are VERY large, which doesn’t bother me, but could bother others.

I don’t have a problem swallowing these pills. No after taste as well. Started off with this brand of fish oil in the liquid form in lemon flavor as a recommendation from my sister. It was tasty enough to drink, but I got tired of having to pour a tablespoon of it to get my dose. For me, the pill form is much more economical (more for your money) and convenient.
