Ok, not really. But given that we’re predominantly vegetarian, this is a good way for the kids to get their omega’s during the formative years. Taste is never an issue, and they think of it as a treat.

As the mother of a loving, active ADHD son, I’ve been looking for natural remedies for his symptoms – namely his hyperactivity and impulsivity. I’ve read a lot about the health benefits of omega-3’s and omega-6’s which are derived from fish oil. At 6 years old he can’t swallow a pill so I was looking for a liquid, non-fishy tasting version. This is it! He’s a super picky eater but he takes this no problem! It smells just like lemonade and apparently tastes like it too! If he had any idea he was taking fish oil he’d never drink it. I give it to him “straight” in a little medicine cup. You can mix it in food but I’m afraid if he didn’t finish his food he wouldn’t get the entire dose. Lucky for me, he’s a good medicine taker! the benefits have been remarkable. As a kid who got his wiggles out by running and jumping on our long couch, I swear he hasn’t done that once in the last month – it’s crazy! He’s miraculously way less hyper! I will say that in addition to the fish oil I’ve tried to be much more intentional about what he’s eating so he as been eating a lot more bananas, blueberries and whole grains and a lot less artificial colors and sugar. Its probably a combination of both strategies. I’d highly recommend this product for your hyper child as well as any other child for the amazing health benefits!

I first started giving this to my son about 3 months ago, he was 3.5 years old. My son have been getting in a lot of trouble at his daycare for biting, hitting, and throwing temper tantrums. He was on the verge on getting let go. I took him to the doctor to get him diagnosed if he has ADD or ADHD. Unfortunately, They couldn’t diagnose him since he was too young but the doctor prescribed me a pill for high blood pressure. I didn’t get it filled. I was talking to a family member and venting about how our son’s doctor prescribed my son high blood pressure pills so he wouldn’t be so angry so fast. My family told me to research fish oil as a natural healthy way to give to unruly kids. I bought this and started giving it to my son as soon as I received it. Within 3 days noticed that he was behaving calmer, he was listening to us and he wasn’t biting, hitting, or fighting at his daycare. My husband didn’t believe me that fish oil doesn’t work, our son just grew out of it. I decided to skip it. The 3rd day he didn’t take it my son bit a kid. I know it sounds ridiculous that fish oil has calmed my son down but I see it.

I have done a lot of research about fish oil and how it works on kids with ADHD, all I can say is I am so happy I purchased this product, I truly believe my child is different than they were one week ago. I was told by two different people that fish does work and one said it did not, well I am here to say I am pretty sure it does work for my child. Not every child is the same and it might not work for yours but it is so much better at our house since I started it. It smells like lemonade and the taste is not that bad, I mix it with juice every morning and he drinks it and does not complain. I wish I would of bought this sooner.

Good value in the twin pack, tastes like lemon and not fish oil. No issues getting my youngest to take it daily.

Compared to other fish oils out there, this one was the best tasting one we tried. The first week my daughter loved it and licked out the little cup I had poured it into. Now she hates taking it, but she will do it because she knows it will help her focus more clearly. Only problem is that it needs to be refrigerated once opened and that’s not always practical since in the summer we go camping a lot and don’t have refrigeration. Still looking for that “perfect” omega 3!

I rarely write reviews- but I just have to for this yummy stuff. My two kids are super picky eaters. They make every excuse in the book to not eat or try something new. I have to say, they beg me for more of this stuff every single day! They love the taste and consider almost like a treat! As far as the effects, they have been taking it for about a week now so it’s too soon to see any of the benefits- but one thing is for sure! They absolutely love the lemonade taste! Nothing fishy about it!

I am not happy at how this product was shipped and with the condition of the product when it was received. The product is NOT supposed to taste at all like the fish oil that is in it. This reeked of fish to the point that it was completely uneatable. I have bought this product from Whole Foods, where the product is properly stored, and it never had even a fishy aftertaste to it. Why does amazon sell a product that needs to be stored and shipped refrigerated, then not do it?
My suggestion is do not but this product from a wholesaler that isn’t going to properly store and ship the product unless you like the taste of rancid fish oil.
