These are good fish oil supplements, easy to swallow, a plus. Didn’t give me indigestion another plus. The only reason it’s not five stars is the price point. It’s a bit pricey for the amount of capsules it comes with. It’s a 30 day supply. I also wish it was 1 capsule per day not 2. I hate swallowing capsules, but like I said these are easy to swallow at least.

I’ve been on the hunt for a solid fish oil supplement, and the Healthy Approach Fish Oil 2000mg has really fit the bill. The capsules are small and easy to swallow—no more choking on giant pills! This seems to be a decent product. For the most part, they go down ok. I haven’t noticed a fishy aftertaste/burps. They don’t agitate my stomach, as long as I take them with meals. However, I don’t like that the container does not state where this product was manufactured. It only mentions it was manufactured for Healthy Approach, [insert address] Oklahoma. It does not say it was manufactured “in”, only that it was manufactured “for” this company. It doesn’t actually indicate who or where it was made. The wording is misleading. I don’t appreciate the lack of info, and misleading info. Considering this is only a 30 day supply, it’s not a good deal for $20.

In order for me to trust a supplement it must be made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and be third-party lab tested. This Healthy Approach Fish Oil supplement does not meet my requirements. There is absolutely no mention of where this supplement is manufactured nor are there any claims that it has been third-party lab tested. I searched for a website to learn more about Healthy Approach supplements and could find no website. With a complete lack of information about the manufacturer, country of origin, and lab testing I will not take this supplement. I do not feel it is safe to do so since supplements are not regulated. As individuals we have to do our own research to make sure supplements are safe and this one cannot be verified.

Lot number and expiration date are printed on the bottom of the bottle, in a yellow dot matrix on white bottom. Readable, but not what I would call “easily readable”. Expiration date is 03-2025, and I received it 09/2024. Best to use it quick I suppose.
This is a “manufactured for” rather than a “manufactured by” product, so we have no idea where the product was actually made at. One star docked for lack of transparency.
Product ingredients list that the fish oil is sourced from Anchovy.
Servings listed on the bottle is 2 capsules per day, 60 total capsules, so a 30 day supply. But both the product listing and stick on labels on the bottle say “15 day supply”. Did they decide to up the dosage to 4 per day?

Pretty good fish oil supplement. It can be hard to find a good option when there are so many, but I’d certainly purchase this one at some point again in the future. The gels are tasteless and easy to swallow. Don’t have too many issues with fish oil burps.
