I won’t be without these little pearl-sized pills. I take 2 or 3 per day as a preventative. Then if I feel something coming on I up the dosage to twice per day. Sure works for me as no colds or flu for over a year.

I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase. Both bottles arrived with the capsules “melted” into one big clump. I read the reviews & several people stated the same issue but I had hoped it was a bad batch/lot; obviously not as I received mine with the same issue. I’ve bought this brand before without issue so was assuming it be ok.

This is not 1,500 mg. It is 150 mg. I have used both and the larger dosage works better for me in keeping my resistance up.

My brother advised me to get these for my wife who suffers from many allergies. She has to take Allegra daily to function normally. That is no longer the case since she has been taking the Oregano Oil Extract. Yes, she has traded one pill for another, but there is a HUGE PLUS… this is all-natural and has worked better for her than over-the-counter medication.
The soft-shell capsules are reasonably sized (I’ve seen then but not taken them myself). My wife hasn’t complained about the size either, however. After 6 months of use, my wife still only needs one capsule per day but, on occasion, she has taken an additional capsule in the afternoon, but only on when pollen levels are very high. We live in the lower north-east region of the United States, so that happens from time to time in the spring. Again, since this is an all-natural remedy, there is no fear of side-effects and it doesn’t affect other medication you may be taking. Of course, its always wise to consult your doctor when making medical decisions though.
Basically, my wife can’t go without it now and refuses to take anything else! Honestly, I think she would make this a priority over paying our utilities if it ever came to that… that’s how much she loves taking oregano.
In conclusion, there’s really no risk of trying this all-natural product to see if it works for you. Worst case, your out a few bucks and can easily return to your current methods. for those who use oil of oregano on a regular basis you know not all are created equally and sometimes with these liquid gel pills you can taste the oil but not with this one! its flavorless, super tiny so it’s easy to swallow and it works great. i use it for sinus headaches and it does the trick 🙂 and you get twice as many as you would get at a health foo store for this price. I haven’t had a sinus infection in years thanks to oil of oregano mixed with elderberry! get yours today!!!

I take them regularly. They’ve helped bring down swelling in sinuses, relieve colds and promote overall good health. I did take up to four two times a day for two days after suffering a knee injury and pain and swelling went down quickly. Very effective.
