I got to try this organic oregano oil. I thought it could be a natural way to boost my immune system. The oil came in a 1 ounce amber glass bottle with a glass dropper, which was helpful for measuring out doses. The instructions mentioned using 6 drops diluted in a glass of water, which seemed manageable since oregano oil is known to be strong tasting.

We use oregano oil as an immuno-booster and have found over the years that it is very effective. If we’re going to be in public places with lots of people, or in confined spaces like an airplane, we use oregano oil to increase our ability to fight off infections. So, this is a go-to for airplane flights and cruises. If we think we’ve picked something up and are at the front end of an illness, this is the first thing that comes out.
This oregano oil is potent and strong, just like the products we have purchased locally in the past. Fair warning: it is spicy, especially if dropped directly on the tongue, so we mix it into 3 or 4 oz of water and then gulp it down, and even then it’s still pretty spicy. It seems like a good quality product.
One recommendation is to place the order for this item alone, so it doesn’t ship with anything else. We ordered it along with some other items (clothing actually) and even though the box and bottle of oil were completely sealed and undamaged, the smell of the oregano oil got into the clothes shipped in the same box with the boxed glass bottle of oil. They still smell slightly of oregano even after washing. That gives you a bit of an indication of how strong the stuff is, but it does work.

Oregano oil never tastes great and can be a little hot, but it is effective, and that is what matters. I found this to be a very high-quality oil with 90 plus CV. I put the drops into water and have had great results from this product. This works great as s topical on skin too. I use it on my toenails and there is actually a line across as they grow out, showing the new healthy nail as opposed to the old yellow thick ones.
