I found this brand of oil of oregano to be really good! I had never tried it before. They are easy to swallow and the taste of it didn’t repeat on me with any burping side affects. I take them when I feel I need them and they seem to help my overall health. I like that they are all natural.
They are 4000mg and there are 120 capsules per bottle. They are non-gmo as well as Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Milk, Lactose, Soy, Artificial Color, Artificial Flavor and NO Artificial Sweetener & Preservatives.

I take these Oil of Oregano softgels.. I find the supplement facts label to be a bit confusing which I dislike. According to the label, these softgels contain 4,000 milligrams of Oil of Oregano from 61.6 mg of 65:1 fresh Oil of Oregano Extract. I’m unsure what that means. I think the information on the supplement facts label could have been worded better so that people like me can be sure of what they are taking when they are taking this herbal supplement. When I say people like me, I mean people with some knowledge of herbal supplements but not the most knowledge of them. I think the Oil of Oregano in these softgels is derived from an extract? With all that being said, I do like these Oil of Oregano softgels. I think the Oil of Oregano in these softgels is derived from an extract if I’m understanding the supplement facts label correctly, which I prefer. I feel like extract ingredients are more potent.

Update:
Way too strong (which is what is expected in a good non-diluted extract) for the stomach even with meals. This product would be better as a liquid in a glass bottle with a dropper, not in softgels.

The product: when you open the sealed bottle, there is quite a smell of oregano. They come in softgels, if you break the softgel be prepared for super concentrated oregano oil ! Definitely take by swallowing during or after a meal.
Nature’s Truth is a company registered in USA and packaging is done by themselves (if I go by what the label says)
The label also clearly indicates:

and website (with information about them, more products, contact info via phone or email).
With respect to oregano, I was not aware of benefits regarding oil extract, and like any supplement, take and supervise.

Even though it is an oil capsule form you can smell the fragrance of oregano as soon as you open the bottle. I find these very easy to swallow. I have not experienced any after taste.
