We really only use this when starting to feel a bit of sickness coming on. The flavor isn’t the greatest, but it’s also by far not the worst. Nothing really tastes great when you have to take it for a cold, but mixing this in with some hot tea is actually pleasant. By itself is a different story. I can’t say definitively that it actually helps to get better quicker, but it doesn’t make things worse, so I’ll keep taking it as needed.

This supplement is palatable, I don’t find the taste off-putting. I did not get any adverse reaction from it, for sure. But it is hard to quantify benefits from such a supplement, it is more the lack of health problems than a tangible reaction this supplement is meant for.
The description and a seal on the label read “organic” and “100% organic”, but there is no seal or statement of organic certification. Thus I interpret “organic” for this supplement as “of natural origin”, not “certified organic” which means specific plant growing and processing conditions were abided by and validated by an independent certification organization.
This comes in an amber, real glass bottle with a good quality dropper. The outer carton box states it has a 2 years shelf life, and on the bottom there is a clear print of manufacturing and expiration dates. The one I got is manufactured on July 11, 2024 and expires on July 11, 2026.
