I read a ton of amazing things about oil of oregano, and I bought it for myself and my family when we all got a terrible cold. Me and my grandma ingested it, and also added some drops to boiling water and tried to breathe that in. It was VERY hard to ingest as is, because of the super bitter taste, so I put some into empty vitamin capsules. The scent of the oil is super superrrr strong, that it quickly filled our entire home with the aroma of oregano. You could tell the quality is really great. However, I did not feel that it in any way helped speed up our recovery from the sickness. Breathing the oil with the water felt very ‘spicy’ inside the nostrils, and kind of cleared up the nasal passages. But none of these efforts worked as well as a dose of Sudafed and some nyquil unfortunately. I’m not sure if I would bother using this again on a future occasion. A lot of work, a bit of suffering, and very little payoff.

I bought one & to be honest my skin & eye bags has never look better than before ! The only thing I’m concerned about is that I just bought the second bottle & it tastes totally different . I don’t know if it’s because it’s been exposed to heat. I just hope it doesn’t harm me .
