This is easy to take because it taste good on its own and you can’t taste it when it’s put into a drink. This will help you poop if you need help in that department. I have also noticed that my skin looks better too.

I’m liking this oil so far, although who knows if I am actually receiving the benefits I’m using it for, which is hair growth. Only time will tell, and what works for one person might not work for another. For those who aren’t aware, oregano oil should always be used with a carrier oil if you use it topically because it is extremely strong. I use it in a blend with castor oil, rosemary oil and some others that are supposedly good for hair growth. I don’t mind the smell of this, it’s nowhere near as strong as fresh oregano. I wish I could speak more authoritatively to it’s quality, but I have no way of testing it to verify that. I can’t say if it leaves a greasy residue because I have to use it in conjunction with other oils, so I have no way of pinpointing one over the other. Based on the other reviews of those who take it orally and say it’s sweet (and doesn’t burn the mouth or throat) that means that there is something else in it, possibly a sweetener and likely a carrier oil that are not listed in the ingredients, and that’s not cool in my book.
Update: I tasted it, and it’s sweet, nor is it oily. What started off as a good review has now changed to a below average review because this clearly isn’t straight up oregano and black seed oil like they have insinuated.

For those familiar with oregano oil, it is a “hot oil” with a very distinct scent and flavor. After taking this product, it has no perceptible taste or scent of oregano at all. I was also perplexed as to how it is physically possible to have 8000 mg of oregano oil in a product of this weight. There are many other legitimate products on the market to try. This appears to be primarily black seed oil and glycerine.

I really liked that this supplement says it has booth oregano oil and black see oil in it. However, no other ingredients are mentioned on the label. Since it is watery instead of having the texture of oil, and since it tastes sweet instead of peppery-hot like wild oregano tastes, and I don’t recognize the taste of black seed oil either, I question what’s really in this. The labeling sounded awesome, but I worry whether or not this has any oregano or black seed content in it.
