Think of these capsules as the Greek version of the Mediterranean diet in an easy-to-swallow form. You’ve got your building blocks for healthy Greek food here: oregano, garlic and olives (not as oil, but from the leaves). Add to the mix black seed oil, zinc and more, and you’ve got real oomph for your body. I noticed a difference about a week after I started taking them. These all-natural capsules have a distinct aroma, but there is no discernable flavor.

This is my first time supplementing oregano oil, and this particular supplement caught my eye due to its inclusion of multiple other intriguing and beneficial ingredients. Black seed oil, garlic, elderberry, zinc, and Vitamin D are all ingredients I have sought out individually in the past, so having them all present here is convenient.
The pills smell strongly of garlic and oregano. They are easy to take, with no digestive upset.
I also appreciate that the precise breakdown of how much of each ingredient is included, versus the “proprietary blend” method that a lot of other products use to obfuscate the exact amount that you are taking of each ingredient.
I will continue taking this product and hope that it provides the benefits I’m looking for.

We really like that this Superfood supplement includes notable amounts of several ingredients we sometimes otherwise supplement separately, like oregano oil, olive leaf, black cumin, garlic, etc. I can swallow 2 of these capsules daily without difficulty, and have had no problems with this supplement.
This is one I’m planning to continue in my supplement stack.

As with all supplements, it is extremely hard to judge the effectiveness on your body. This must be judged over a long period of time, but during the initial testing you do notice a couple of things, is the vitamin easy to take, which it is. Does the vitamin upset your stomach or make you feel sick or nauseous? This vitamin did not affect me in that way. Do you experience any kind of aftertaste a while after you take this vitamin. It did not affect me in that way. In all, I think this is a good quality supplement, as with all supplements, you should consult your doctor before taking it.
