This Concentrate has natural flavor. I think it will be great for gardening. I applied a bit on the body, because of the strong essence not everyone might find it pleasant. But neem tree has great benefits. It is convenient o have this oil to use in many ways both for personal care and tree care.

I’ve never used neem for anything other than plants. I may try a few drops in my shampoo to see if there’s any benefit, though I’m not sure I’d notice with the cold weather coming and the inevitable hair changes from the dry air.
I suggest using PURE neem since it contains the full amount of Azadirachtin, which the premixed bug killers from the big box stores remove so much of. I’ve used a different brand of pure neem to combat a spider mite infestation, which are basically the roaches of plant pests… it takes serious poison to get rid of them OR neem. Of course, you should know the lifecycle of the pest you are fighting and spray accordingly, being cautious to not allow bright light on your plants until a good 30 minutes after spraying.
I’ve also used it on my outdoor Lilac to preemptively avoid powdery mildew (it’s not a Lilac, wife will correct when she gets home, though it looks similar but more of a small tree). Also works great as a leaf shine for large leafed indoor plants like Dracaena, Sansevieria, and “Bird of Paradise” while simultaneously making the plants less desirable to pests.
There are cheaper methods of controlling pests and PM but this is totally natural. Be aware that Neem has a scent, I wouldn’t say it’s pleasant and generally spray on a cloudy day outdoors, after about a half hour or so the scent is mostly gone. I’ve also sprayed in my shower and while strong, to me, it’s really not awful (Clorox smells worse, IMO). While I would always suggest larger quantities for better pricing, this pricing is fair for what it is and your use may be different (beauty product) or fewer plants to treat. A little does go a long way.
Aside from the tip of avoiding spraying in bright light. Use a surfacant (aka spreader/sticker), I just use Dawn dish soap. Without it, the oil doesn’t mix well and WARM but not hot water. Shake regularly while spraying. Yes it takes some work, but to my knowledge there aren’t any toxic health effects (careful during bee activity!!!) and I’ve honestly had better luck in most situations with Neem. I admit that it’s not a cure all, sometimes we have to bring out the poison stuff but best to avoid that when possible.
I have not had a use for this at this time of year, so all that I can tell you about this exact product is that it has the smell and consistency of every quality pure neem I’ve bought over the years. I don’t often care about leaf shine and simply wipe leaves with dilute alcohol after vacuuming them (for the large leafed that I can vacuum). If I decide to try it out, I will come back and post before and after photos.

I stepped on a black ant hill and my feet was bitten up by those ants leaving me scratching my feet and ankles for days. When I goggled the uses for neem oil I saw where this may help my foot and placed some on it. OMG what a difference this made, after several days of my foot itching due to the ant bites, this neem oil soothed it and made my foot feel so much better.
I’ve never used neem oil before, so the smell is something to get used to. However, I love the ways that I can use this oil and am happy I ordered it,

This oil came in a cap sealed plastic bottle. It has a dark color and a very strong, somewhat unpleasant scent, which is expected. However, it has so many benefits. Everything about this product is as expected. I use this for different DIY products for pets, plants, and soaps.

This Pure Neem Oil is a great all-natural product with many uses. Smells like the seed, it’s pure and full of antioxidants and fatty acids that are good for skin, hair, and body. It’s also safe for plants and pets like dogs. The oil is strong, so a little goes a long way, and the 16 fl oz bottle lasts a long time.Useful product.

I use neem oil for many applications for skin and garden. This one is consistent with the good quality neem oil I’m used to using.

Yikes, my mint has mint aphids! I want to eat the mint, so I don’t really want to use any chemicals on it. I have heard good things about the effectiveness of neem oil against aphids. So I made a neem emulsion and sprayed it on my plants. This oil doesn’t smell very good, but that’s not really a problem. I will thoroughly wash the mint with soap before I eat it. The neem treatment immediately knocked back the aphids, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they won’t come back. But even if they do, I have a big old bottle of this oil, so I am ready to go many more rounds with it.

You know you have good, pure neem oil when it is very pungent (it smells very bad!) and it solidifies in temperatures under 70 degrees F. Pure Neem Oil will retain its potency much longer if stored at about 40 F in a low light area such as a refrigerator. The only thing I don’t love about this particular bottle is that it is plastic and not glass. I’m using this neem oil to support my acne prone skin and also using with my houseplants.
