This is a very good quality MCT oil. It was shipped very quickly and packaged well. I like the fact that it comes in a glass bottle rather than a plastic bottle, as the glass can be recycled, and the glass does not leach chemicals like plastic does. It may be a bit more expensive, but I feel it is worth the price.

Good quality, glass bottle in nice, some people complained pour spout gets oil on bottle, but it hasn’t done that for us, we find it easy to handle. Will gladly order again.

I use a tablespoon in my coffee everyday. Tastes great. My appetite stays away for hours and my sweet tooth is almost gone. I love this MCT oil! Plus, it’s easy to pour and lasts over a month, good value for the money.

I have never given a product a 1 star rating on container alone until now- heavy glass wide bottle in a two pound product is ridiculously annoying to handle, add the reality of oil trickling down the side for a slippery mess and it’s impossible to hold and pour and measure in a small teaspoon. I am a petite person with small hands but I can’t imagine this is practical for most people unless you have giant strong hands. The pour spout included is a nice thought but does not prevent any dripping- I had oil all over after using & have to clean every use or it makes a puddle under it- absolute mess and made me mad because this stuff isn’t cheap to be this wasteful and awkward! It needs to be a less wide bottle or have some kind of thinner gripping handle area. (Update, I put this in a slender squared glass avocado oil bottle with plastic pour spout in top- it doesn’t leak and so much easier to use now!)
Seems like a decent oil otherwise- the oil is more cost effective for taking large amounts and you can modify your milligrams easily over pills. I’ve seen no significantly noticeable benefits but my ADD symptoms have amped up during perimenopause and father was just diagnosed with Parkinson’s so I believe in taking healthy fats for the brain is very important and I take this along with Omega3 fish oil- it may be helping with sleep quality but it’s not the only change I have made. But please beware: I took a starting dose of 1 teaspoon straight from measuring spoon and almost instantly my throat burned, not subsiding for several hours. I looked up this side effect and now I mix in my smoothie for no more throat burn. I’ll be sticking with only 1 teaspoon for a while too to avoid any GI upset. Oil I received is clear & tasteless one that first taste. At this price it is hopefully is five star quality, so for now I’ll endure the one star bottle situation. Company contacted me so good to know they pay attention to their reviews, but hands down your bottle needs a serious redesign…

My husband and I both take about a tablespoon each before we go to the gym. For us it’s give us energy. The taste is not bad it don’t taste like coconut which is good for me I don’t like coconut. All and all it’s a great product and will by again

No taste is a good thing in this situation! The oil seems super clean and I feel enhances my coffee in the morning. It gives me mental clarity and helps me start the day out right.

I have been using this product in my coffee daily for almost a year. I blend it with an immersion blender, and it creates a frothy coffee that has a bit of a chocolately flavor. I have also taken it directly by mouth, which is not bad, either. It has been difficult to find products that come in glass bottles. This one does. Thank you!
