I bought this spray some time back that I had completely forgotten its benefits. I am now using it again ! I am currently training extensively for the Marathon coming up very soon . So I experience a lot os joint pain and soreness more-so on my knees , I have started to use it again, just spray on my joints with more focus on my knees/ legs. My previous 10/20/24 long run of 20+ miles was such an improvement from other runs . I’ve sprayed consistently every day for a week now before and after my runs on my knees/ legs and have felt the relief instantly! It does sting, itch a little but no comparison to its benefits. I also used it on my Grandson’s , shoulder sprayed and massaged it after his baseball game and he was very relieved and so happy ! He said his shoulder was new again! lol!! So it is a great product !

I was laid up in bed for 2 weeks with a sore back and my sister had it shipped to me. Within 10 minutes I was up and walking. I bought the Magnesium Oil Ultra improve my sleep. I also tried rubbing it into my achy thumb and toe joints while doing some light stretches. I then used it after going to the gym for my trick knee that gives me occasional trouble. After 6 weeks I’ve found my feet and hands to have less swelling and pain, my knee is doing great so far. Good sleep happened the first night, the reduction of aches and pains took a week or so.

This magnesium oil spray is so soothing and is a wonderful addition to my bedtime routine. It’s great the spray onto feet and put on a pair of socks before bed to ensure it’s absorbed properly. This helps with a restful sleep. Make sure to wear socks, as it makes your feet very slick.

I bought this magnesium oil spray at the recommendation of my birthing class educator. I was having such bad pain in my hips by my third trimester of pregnancy that it was causing massive sleep deprivation. I started off spraying this on my feet so that my body could absorb and start getting used to the spray (my educator said otherwise it would burn like hell initially if I sprayed directly on my hips). After over a week I got desperate and just went ahead and sprayed it directly on my hips and massaged it in. There was a burning sensation, but it went away not too long after. That was the first night my hips didn’t hurt so badly. I’ve been using it consistently for a week now and am sleeping so much better. My mom has been having similar issues with many different areas of her body when she’s sleeping, so I told her about the spray. She got it and has seen immediate results – although she just went ahead and sprayed directly rather than give her body time to absorb. She was so desperate for results, and admits the burning sensation really sucked… but she has seen significant immediate relief as well, and informed me she had no regrets for doing so.

I bought this after seeing adds on how this type of spray is supposed to help with a number of things, including sleep and anxiety. I haven’t noticed any difference in either of those but I have noticed the sticky feeling this spray leaves on your feet long after you spray it on. Rubbing it in doesn’t really help, still leaves you sticky. I have stopped using it.
