I use this as my face wash oil. The price point is wonderful and it is clean and not tested in animals which is important to me. It leaves my skin clean and soft. Gentle and moisturizing too. I am 47 and still break out sometimes. This does not cause me to break out at all.

The Honest Company Honest Mama Clean Curves Cleansing Oil is great for moisturizing with super gentle cleansing, and not so much for regular showers for regular times. It doesn’t leather or foam, and definitely not for when I want scrub off an entire day of being dirty outside. However, this is wonderful for pregnancy, especially as you get closer to giving birth and the baby maybe absorbing a lot of thing so you don’t want to put anything worrisome on your skin, and staying indoors become more regular when you don’t need a full on scrubbing. The oil is super gentle and moisturizing, awesome for the stretched belly and everything else that’s going through all the changes, and should be useful for recovery period as well.

I love love love this for shaving!!! I have never had such smooth legs. Ever. Anything I’ve used before has been highly substandard compared to this. It’s so fantastic as an overall cleanser as well, but I will use this faithfully until it eventually stops being made (because it invariably happens with anything I get excitedly hooked on 🤷🏼♂️)

This is a cleansing oil, so it forms to a cream and washes away, much like the pop cleansing oils that remove makeup, sunscreen etc. This stuff is perfect for those with dry skin and honestly I feel way more cleaner than with most soaps I’ve used. The oil just grabs everything, body acne? Gone. Blackheads? Gone. Barely any soap I’ve used rivals a good cleansing oil. I began using cleansing oils as a one step, one for all purposes: face , hair and body. If you haven’t used a cleansing oil in replacement of shampoo, then you are missing out. The best cleansing oil wash away significantly with no dryness. My skin is so soft, clear and moisturized after using this one and it’s definitely of the best I’ve used and less costly.

…But here it goes. The Honest Company Honest Mama Clean Curves Cleansing Oil is SUPPOSED to be rose-scented. It’s not, at least as far as I can tell. I mean, maybe if I were several miles away from a garden of roses, and the wind was blowing in my direction, and I was like, hey, I smell a thing that might be roses maybe. That’s the fragrance you get/don’t get when you take a whiff of this cleansing oil.
Now: the lathering properties. The first time I used this, I poured a generous amount onto one of those Japanese cloths that I own (and use). It’s a loose, knitted mesh that lathers like CRAZY for most soaps and liquid gels and everything, and I’m used to pouring the tiniest amount of anything on it and gently massaging my damp skin, and whatever I’m using just bursts into enormous swathes of bubbles that overtake the shower like frothy, enormous clouds.
Except, of course, for The Honest Company Honest Mama Clean Curves Cleansing Oil. It did not lather; it did not froth. And I was confused, because the description absolutely claimed that the stuff “transformed into a sheer, foaming cleanser”, and I had rather been looking forward to that. What it did was feel like I was rubbing vegetable oil on my skin. The bottom of my shower transformed, into a slippery place to stand.
I still used it for a bit until I thought, why not try rubbing with my hands? And suddenly, it transformed into lather! But only when I used my hands to rub the cleansing oil–and made sure to add lots of water (still a slippery shower). However, when I dried off, my skin was exceptionally moisturized, and I didn’t need any additional body lotion.
I would recommend this if you have really dry skin and would like to add extra moisture to your shower routine. But it does make your shower slippery–so be warned.

So please read !! The product states is soap free some ppl leaving pointless reviews saying it doesn’t lather …. Well duh !! The product states lol 😝 It’s a soothing body oil to cream like to use in the shower it does foam a bit but it’s so nice it makes your skin so soft please use it ! I love this product I’ve stocked up so much I use this after body wash & it leaves me hydrated & soft 🩷🩷 & glowy I love this my skin loves especially when I exfoliate my body I need some TLC 💓 on my body I use it as a shave oil too it’s not slippery don’t worry I love it

This is such a pretty wash in general. The suds are very minimal so if you’re looking for an ultra hydrating wash this is perfect. I like to use it a couple of times a week in place of my regular soap for when I’m feeling dry or when I self tan. I feel like I don’t need to use as much moisturizer afterwards. It doesn’t leave the floor of my shower slippery and doesn’t leave me with a sticky residue like some moisturizing body washes do.
The rose scent is nice and light but enough to leave your skin freshly scented throughout the day.
