I generally like krill oil more than fish oil. The capsules are often much smaller and there is no fishy burps. These are perfect to get some omega 3s

I must give credit to the manufacturers of Mega-Red, as they were the first to introduce red krill oil as a powerful antioxidant versus other fish oils on the market. I’ve used it many times in the past – however, my one big issue has always been the price. A month’s supply generally set me back between 35 and 40 dollars, and over time, the price of including it in my daily regimen became prohibitive.

No bad tastes, and no smells whatsoever. Super easy to use and incorporate in my daily supplement regimen. I had no issues with any stomach discomfort, and no issues with the size of the pill. I’ve been taking Omega-3 supplements from fish oil for several years now, and have noticed a positive difference in my short-term memory. (My long-term memory remains abysmal, but that’s another story.) I got these capsules for a friend to whom I’d been talking up the value of fish oils, as I wanted him to experience the benefits of Omega-3s for himself. Though I haven’t taken it, I’ve read that the beneficial fatty acids in krill oil are more easily digestible / absorbable than in fish oil. My friend said he hasn’t noticed any perceptible differences since he’s been taking these. But in my experience it took about 6 months before I noticed a difference in my brain with fish oils. He did mention the pills were very large, and not the easiest for him to swallow. This brand Herblaw has zero online presence, which isn’t terribly confidence-inspiring, but assuming the label is accurate and these pills contain what they say they do, these ought to be quite beneficial in the long run.

The pills are quite large, nearly 1 inch and the serving size is 2 capsules. The pills are smooth, firm but pretty easy to swallow. There is no odor to either the pills, nor inside the container. They have 3 year expiration date, so you should be able to finish them before the 30 day supply runs out.
