I was so happy when this product arrived! The 16 oz size is perfect and comes in a sturdy glass bottle. I originally purchased the jojoba oil for massages and hair treatments, but I’ve recently discovered it can also be used as a makeup remover, sunburns, skin moisturizer and for acne treatment. It’s such a versatile product with so many uses. The quality is excellent, and I love that it’s USDA Certified Organic. This will definitely become a staple in my personal care routine!

This is my first time buying Jojoba Oil for making homemade rosemary-mint-scalp oil and I love it!
Previously I’ve used olive oil, argan oil and castor oil but never got the right consistency, they were always too thick and hard to wash out of my hair. This oil is very lightweight and mixes well for my scalp treatment plus it’s light enough to be used post shower on wet skin as an amazing full body moisturizer. Due to the bottle being as big as it is, i can use it for everything from putting oil on my dry cuticles, applying it to my face for the softest skin and using it with my Gua Sha.
This oil is incredible and I’m so glad I bought it, at this price point you won’t find a better Jojoba Oil that’s organic, in a glass bottle and 16 oz!

I was surprised (in a good way) by how big the bottle for this product is! 16 ounces means it’s pretty large! Imagine my delight to receive it in the mail! Shipping was only 2 days, so fast turnaround time. The bottle it come in is sturdy and nice. The label could be improved on a little bit as it was a little flimsy and not attached to the bottle, so it slides around a bit. That’s my only complaint at this point though.

The velona USDA Certified Organic Jojoba Oil gives you a lot at 16 oz. in a glass brown bottle. The brown color always is going to be one step up from a clear bottle.
Some may prefer the glass over plastic and that’s a bonus. It does come with a safety seal, a fairly large quantity of oil, and especially a good amount for the price.
It does behave as I would expect jojoba oil I’ve used in the past. It is an oil and goes on like an oil. It will be absorbed into your skin and basically, you won’t notice an oily residue. I would recommend doing this of a night as it may take a bit for the oil to absorb. I find jojoba oil is beneficial for my skin once or twice a week as part of my skincare regimen.
What I’m curious about is the quantity versus the price. How can they offer so much jojoba oil at this price which is about half of the competitors I’ve seen? It does have to make me wonder.

I like that this product has no odor and is easy to apply out the bottle or heated. We appreciate that this VELONA Jojoba Oil is natural, has no additives, Non-GMO and particularly it’s made in the USA.
We’ve applied it on all areas of our skin, it’s soothing and provides a hydrated appearance. We also like the way it brightens our hair, it leaves a more revitalized look and non irritation to the scalp.
The added vitamins and antioxidants are a big plus and I’m looking forward to seeing more benefits to my hair health.
Overall we’re completely happy with this Jojoba oil, its possible benefits, non odor, easy use, ingredients and value.

I was excited to try this oil – thought it sounded good – but I’ve been disappointed with it. I’m not super familiar with jojoba oil, but to me this bottle smelled off. It has a sharp, almost chemical smell, and I’m wondering if maybe it went rancid. I also didn’t love the texture of the oil – it is slightly thick and almost waxy, and it made my skin break out. On a practical note, while the glass bottle is nice, it needs some sort of pump or dropper top, as there’s not even a flow restrictor to keep all the oil from pouring out. So all in all, this isn’t a product I’d order again.

I’ve spent my life trying so many different lotions and creams and seemingly everything to combat dry skin with somewhat mixed results. Going to straight oils has been a revelation. Why did I waste so much time (and money!) on all these formulations when it could have been so simple. I apply velona USDA Certified Organic Jojoba Oil to damp skin, straight out of the bath or shower and it’s like my skin has new life. I was afraid oil would leave behind a greasy residue, but my skin just drinks this stuff in. The only thing that could improve this would be if they included a pump dispenser – the bottle is large enough that it can be difficult to dispense small amounts.

I have Sjogren’s Syndrome, so my skin tends to dry whether it’s summer or winter. During the winter months, it tends to be a bit worse. However, when I was first diagnosed, it was recommended that I use jojoba oil, but it has to be USDA-certified. It can not have any unnecessary ingredients and must be pure. Jojoba oil is the closest natural ingredient to our skin’s sebum. Now that I use jojoba oil daily, as soon as I get out of the shower when my skin is still damp, I rarely have any issues with my skin becoming dry. It leaves my skin adequately hydrated, smooth, and soft.
On rare occasions, my scalp will dry, and USDA-certified jojoba oil instantly soothes and rehydrates it, leaving my hair healthier, fuller, and smoother.
