There was no noticeable difference for me while taking this oil. I was hoping it would help relax me and help with some joint pain I was having. It did neither. In fact, my joint pain seemed to increase while I was taking it. The flavor was not good. It doesn’t taste bad, per say, but it is certainly not a delightful thing to ingest. Also, I noticed that every time I swallowed it, it burned my throat for a while. Maybe there is an ingredient that my body does not agree with in it. I hope you have more luck than me if you decide to purchase.

This is the first hemp supplement I have tried so I was concerned that I wouldn’t like the taste. Per hemp MD, for fastest results, you can drop it directly under your tongue and hold there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Or you can swallow it directly or dilute in a beverage. I decided to put the recommended dropperful in a few ounces of water and was so pleasantly surprised. It has a really nice light berry flavor and I didn’t find drinking it objectionable in the slightest. That’s always the barrier of entry for me with tinctures— if it tastes awful, I won’t use it. I am super sensitive to smells and tastes and have an overactive gag reflex, so there’s no middle ground for me— either it’s tolerable or it’s not. And this was so tolerable that I won’t mind taking it at all. In fact, I might even try the under the tongue method.
Within a 1/2 hour or an hour, I found myself feeling really relaxed, really mellow. No adverse reactions at all.
What I like about this hemp oil is that (per the company’s website) they are USA grown, GMP manufactured and use third party lab testing. In this tincture, you are getting Hemp extract, MCT oil and natural flavor. It’s both gluten free and vegan. Based on all of that and the fact that it tastes great, I think this is a great product.

I’ve got some joint and range of motion issues and I wasn’t expecting this to be a miracle drug for my ailments. I’ve been taking this hemp oil for over 2 weeks now and I have not noticed any improvement in that area. It is advertised as a supplement to help improve hip and joint improvement.
Again, I never expected a simple over the counter item to work miracles. But so far, I have not noticed any improved wellness, no improved joint and range of motion, no improved sleep or anything.

Years ago, I learned of the benefits of hemp oil and CBD and I started taking both regularly.
I’ve tried several different brands over the years with mixed results.
But, I definitely think it aids in my overall health and feeling good, so when I came across this, I actually love berry flavor and thought it would be better than the one I’m currently taking, which tastes like motor oil.
It arrived very quickly, and I tried it immediately. I used it last night and again today.
As far as its benefits, it’s far too early to accurately judge them, but I can say that the flavor kind of leaves something to be desired.

I hope for a fruity flavor, and it does smell like it would be fruity, but the taste is really not great to me.
That’s kind of the reason I ordered it so a little bit disappointed with that, but I will continue to take it and see how it does.
As with most supplements, it takes a bit of time to build up in your system so I will come back to this review and revisit it once the bottle is empty and I will make any adjustments if necessary.
But for now I’m confident in giving it 4 stars just because it does seem high-quality and like something I would benefit from.
