The taste isn’t the best but it has a peppermint like taste. I put it under my tongue let it sit for a minute and then what doesn’t dissolve I swallow. It gives me relief of pain and has helped me sleep better.

I ordered a different brand of CBD Oil before I made the rightful switch to this brand. I don’t just switch from one brand to another without a valid reason. In fact, I continued to give my former brand the benefit of the doubt but points against it proved to be so overwhelming. I have been going around Amazon scouting for a CBD Oil that I can use for pain management. Having seen it first and being impressed by the write-up and reviews, I made the order and waited for its delivery. The committed delivery time was 2-3 days. The product arrived at my doorstep after a week.
Unboxing the other product proved to be disappointing as well. The packaging was not as good as the picture. My box arrived dented, there was a tear on the plastic wrapping, and there was no seal on the product. Then came the product itself. The content looks like it does not contain the declared volume. A few minutes after ingesting the oil (that had a slight earthy taste) I have immediately felt my sore muscles and joints soften up and relax. The pain came from a grade of 8 before taking the oil to a 3. That was a big reduction for a first tasting. How can you not be loyal to this brand? It was delivered as scheduled, it was well protected and sealed, it has no annoying taste or odor, it’s affordable and most of all, it works fast! This brand has earned my loyalty and respect.

It helps me sleep; it’s not a cure-all. I’ve never been a sound sleeper, and I usually have not gotten enough sleep over the years. Now sometimes when I get up in the middle of the night, I know I’ve been sleeping, because I’ve had dreams. It makes your dreams a little more vivid and memorable. The only drawback for me is that when I occasionally use a larger-than-normal dose (a normal dose for me recently has been between 0.45 and 0.50 ml, or just a smidgen under), I occasionally feel a morning aftereffect of lethargy/sluggishness, which usually goes away within two to three hours. Thus, I have to be careful not to use too much. (Sometimes I get the morning aftereffect of lethargy/sluggishness even when I don’t use a larger dose — it varies somewhat.) I do like the product.
