This oil has a fresh, citrusy scent (which I didn’t expect because it contains borage and almond). The fragrance is pleasant but a bit on the strong side for me.
It’s a nice medium texture, not too thick or too thin, and spreads across the skin easily and smoothly. It does leave a bit of an oily residue, which means I’d be hesitant to use this before getting dressed for the day for fear of it affecting/soaking into my clothing.
This would be nice to use as a massage oil or moisturizing oil before bed. I think it’s okay but I don’t love it. Probably really 3.5 stars, but I’m rounding up.

Hands and feet. The parts of my body that works the hardest daily and needs to most nourishing. Apply generously after shower and before bed. Absorbs quickly and doesn’t stain my carpet.
My 2 cents –
4 ½ stars rounded up to 5. The dark brown (protective) plastic bottle of Organic Extra Hydrating Body Oil arrived in a loose plastic bag, with the usual safety seal under the flip-top lid. The lid on mine was closed, but a small amount of oil had escaped because the bottle was slick. Thankfully not that much was lost, and a quick wipe took care of the mess, but more protection for those sometimes-rough journeys is needed.
I’m a fan of moisturizing body oils and aromatherapy, and this USDA Organic (fabulous) body oil does both well. The bright citrus/spearmint scent is strong initially, but as the oil is absorbed the scent dissipates, which is the best of both worlds. I’m able to enjoy the scent as I’m applying the oil, but because it doesn’t linger this is an oil I would choose to wear when I’ll be around others who can’t tolerate or don’t appreciate scents.
This is my first-time using borage oil, and it appears to be soothing, nourishing, and protective. Here it’s blended with sweet almond (especially great for nails and cuticles) and acai (rich in antioxidants) oils. This oil leaves a bit of a shine depending on how much I use, as most do, but it isn’t greasy or sticky. I’m a fan of how it feels on my skin and think this oil would be especially helpful as the weather gets colder and my skin gets drier.
Vegan. Cruelty free. An icon states the oil should be good for at least 24 months once opened. “Manufactured in USA with imported ingredients”.

I love this Sky Organics Body Oil. It makes my skin super soft and smooth. The orange and spearmint smell is fresh and nice. I use it right after my shower, and it’s perfect for a relaxing massage, too. It absorbs well without feeling greasy.

I was impressed by the Sky Organics Body Oil as it is a high quality product with amazing results. This product is oil based and you really only need to use a small amount to apply to an area. The oil comes out of the bottle through pressure put on the bottle, therefore only slight pressure needs to be applied in order to ensure a small amount comes out. The oil absorbs well and doesn’t have a lasting scent. If you’ve previously used essential oils, then you should be familiar with the scent of this product. Also, this oil is oily which if you’ve used essential oils, then you should also be familiar with the oily base. I have mainly been applying this product to the heels of my feet. I do not have severe cracking, but I like for my heels to look smooth with no hint of dry skin. In a matter of days I was impressed to find I no longer had a hint of dry skin on my heels. This product is a great value for the price as I mentioned you only need to apply a small amount for positive results, therefore I expect this bottle to last me for quite some time. I would order the Sky Organics Body Oil again and would definitely recommend it.

I just started using body oils on my body. I used to hate how greasy they were, so I never ventured out to see if there was anything better. I recently spent 14 months living in the Caribbean. I have to tell you it is hot and your skin bakes! It is so hot that just wearing my black shorts around town, they sunbleached!! When I saw that and that my skin had changed color, I decided to treat my skin to some moisturizing treatment. When I happened across this body oil, it was a score…it has a beautiful scent and promised to be non greasy. I have been using this about two weeks now and my skin sucks it right up! I apply it at night and let it absorb into the skin. It is sooooo moisuring, it leaves a little shine on my skin but doesn’t feel greasy…it is almost like a shimmer. My skin is softer, for sure…and is definitely not as dry and chalky. This is a must at keeping your skin in good shape.

This body oil is made with good, organic ingredients. It’s thick and a small amount goes a long way. It can keep the skin soft and hydrated for a long time. Although the fragrance isn’t very strong, I only wish it was different as it’s not very appealing. Otherwise, this body oil can be recommended without reservation.
