The SpaScriptions Soothing Lavender Body Oil is a luxurious option for those looking to indulge in a nourishing skincare treatment. Infused with sunflower extract and retinol, this body oil is designed to hydrate and soften the skin while delivering soothing aromatherapy benefits from the lavender. The addition of aloe vera extract further enhances its moisturizing properties, making it a great choice for maintaining skin health.
One of the standout features of this body oil is its ability to provide a spa-like experience at home. The calming scent of lavender promotes relaxation and can help reduce stress, making it ideal for use after a long day or as part of a self-care routine. The oil absorbs well into the skin without leaving a greasy residue, allowing for comfortable wear throughout the day.
The combination of nourishing ingredients, including sunflower oil, works to keep the skin soft and supple. The retinol in the formulation can also contribute to improving the overall texture and appearance of the skin over time, making it a multi-functional product for those looking to enhance their skincare regimen.
However, some users with very sensitive skin may want to patch-test the product first, as essential oils and retinol can cause irritation for certain individuals. Additionally, while the oil provides a nice moisturizing effect, those with extremely dry skin may find they need to layer it with a cream for optimal hydration.
Overall, the SpaScriptions Soothing Lavender Body Oil is a wonderful addition to any skincare routine, especially for those who enjoy the calming effects of lavender and are looking for a product that nourishes and softens the skin. Its cruelty-free formulation and spa-like benefits make it a great option for self-care and relaxation.

I saw this product advertised as body oil and requested to try it. Im happy it’s cruelty free. It’s a 8 fl oz bottle so it’s a good value for asking. Not so good a value for ingredients. The quality could be much better. I don’t like dyes. I don’t like the use of parfum. I don’t like propylene glycol. I don’t like benzoyl alcohol in a body oil. I’m not pleased with the use of castor and sunflower oils either. I’m not happy that glycerin is the number one ingredient. It says alcohol free but has benzoyl alcohol listed as an ingredient. I do like the lavender, chamomile and argania spinosa oils, though they are present in small amounts per order of ingredients list. I expected this product to be more nourishing, soothing and richer for my skin than it is. This body product doesn’t feel like a body oil. It has a very watery texture not a smooth oil texture. It leaves a dry slightly sticky residue behind I don’t like. I felt it on my hands and had to wash it off. The smell is ok but comes off kind of fakish, more parfum than natural lavender oil scent. This product isn’t for me because it’s not what I thought it was.

I love this lavender oil. It smells wonderful, is absorbed quickly and does not stay greasy. It is in a lovely glass bottle with an easy to operate pump. It helps me unwind for bed.

I was surprised how much I actually liked this product. Presentation is nice as it is in a glass bottle with a pump that works well. I loved the ingredients used and overall it seems just like a nice product to use daily that isn’t overly priced. The smell is not overpowering. It is very moisturizing and not heavy. It isn’t sticky either like some other oils out there. However, after it soaked into my skin it felt like had a chalkiness to it. It was like there was a light film over me that didn’t feel nice. I washed my hands and hoped it would go away on the rest of me as it was tolerable everywhere else but my hands. I probably won’t use this as much as I was originally going to for this reason.

SpaScriptions Soothing Lavender Body Oil: Lavender is one of my favorite scents. I was excited to try this body oil, though I was a little worried it would be greasy and I’d have to wash it off shortly after applying. That was not the case. It does leave my hands feeling slightly sticky when dry, but I didn’t notice (or it didn’t bother me) elsewhere. My skin feels soft where I applied it, especially my dry feet. The scent is wonderful, very relaxing and soothing (it also includes chamomile). It comes in a glass bottle with pump that you can turn to lock it (keep product from dispensing accidentally). It’s a good-sized bottle for the price ($10 at the time of this review).

A nice body oil. I love the lavender scent. It feels really good on. One downside the bottle was leaking when I received it. The dispenser wasn’t secure. It was a mess for sure. Nevertheless, this oil absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling wonderful.

This has so much glycerin that it just feels like soap on bare skin. It does that thing where it just sort of gets sticky.
I’ve started using it in bath water, and it’s great for that. Smells good.
I’ll finish the bottle, but would honestly not recommend this if you’re looking for an actual body oil.

This lavender oil smells great. There is no doubt about it, the smell is excellent. While it’s not overpowering, it lingers long enough to be enjoyed for a long time.
The only problem I have here is that it’s a bit too sticky for me. I had to wash my hands because touching the keys on my keyboard as well as my mouse and my mousepad felt way too sticky. However, I will definitely enjoy this oil, just not on my hands.
This comes in a nice bottle with a very easy to operate pump. ‘Priming’ the pump took like two pumps and that was it.
